You made reservations for the ice-skating in bumper cars at fountain Square. It ended up being a rainy nasty day but we still had a great time! All the staff was very friendly and made sure we had fun. I only wish we had a two hour slot instead of 90 minutes. We will definitely be back again.We returned to fountain square for ice skating on 2/10/22 for the 6pm session. Everyone was very nice again - especially the man running bumper cars. He kept asking us if we were having fun and told the girls they were skating well! The man at the bar and the woman at the concession stand we're both very nice and friendly as well. However after our session the woman cleaning told us we needed to hurry up and get out of there while we were in the middle of changing her skates. I understand she was in a hurry to clean up for the next session but she was very rude! Overall a good experience though!
We took our kids for the first time and they loved it! Our 11 yr old and our 7 yr old hasn't stopped talking about it! We didn't think we would last the full 1.5 hours, but we stayed for every second. We spent most of the time skating, and at the very end the kids did 1 round on the bumper cars. The warming tent was nice to take our younger son. It wasn't too crowded which made it even better!
We had a really fun time the team explained and made announcements on when our session started and ended. We were notified and aware of how our session was going to go by staffing.There was a problem with the hot chocolate machine at both concession stands which was promptly fixed and the ladies working the stand was very nice and very apologetic about the hot chocolate machine malfunction but again the situation was fixed very promptly. Will visit again.
This is an annual tradition for our family. We always have a great time. It's affordable family fun and with covid it's nice to have outdoor activities to get us out of the house.
I took my two granddaughters and we had a fantastic experience. We rode the ice bumper cars many times and enjoyed every session. The attendant was friendly and very helpful. He repeated the instructions and did not get impatient with those of us who took a bit more time to enter and exit the bumper cars.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Only issue was it was hard to locate the check in areas as well as the hot chocolate beverage area. With so many people walking around, it would have been helpful to see enlarged high mounted signs describing the different stations. Overall very fun. Will do it again
This December we enjoyed the bumper cars and ice skating on a Monday evening. It was a fun outing. We also experienced Santa and his team rappel down a skyscraper. Such magical memories!
Went ice skating the other day and for the most part we had a wonderful time. Very organized. Great spaces for spreading out when taking breaks, and concessions. Two things we would say needs improvement is that when we went out it seemed like the ice had not been smoothed over in a long while. I know it will have some grooves in it, but there where really really huge cracks, enough to be worrisome for the average skater. Does anyone come out resurface it between sessions?The only other thing I'd say is that it was more crowded than expected. We booked it way ahead of time and thought it wouldn't be as crowded due to a cap on bookings. I understand wanting to make a profit, but it shouldn't come at the expense of public health or safety.Other than those things, it's a magical opportunity we are lucky to offer in our city and I'm glad we have it. :D
