Starting with the dining area, we found the table to be uncomfortable. Way too many people crammed together. Reminded me of P.F. Chang's. It was also pretty loud.Next, the food - the best thing was the Veal meatball appetizer. The tripe was mediocre. We did order some bread with goat cheese and honey and that was good.On the entrée side of things, One of my friends had the pork chop. It was too thin for his liking. We all tried, and agreed. The only real flavor was the coating on the chop.I had the sword fish. It too was cut way too thin. The Sicilian sauce was tasty, but the fish was swimming in it. Too much for such a thin piece of fish. It too was mediocre.Another friend had the braised beef short rib. He liked it and it was cooked pretty well. Thumbs-up on that one.Another person in our party had meatball and spaghetti. He said the best part were the meatballs. He left most of the pasta. We did enjoy the wine list. Finally, the wait staff. We all thought our waiter was too laid-back. Not entirely knowledgeable about certain items on the menu. Could not answer some questions regarding menu items. I have found this to be a problem in too many restaurants around the country.Overall, I must differ from many of the reviews that have been posted. I and my friends found the restaurant and the food to be nothing extraordinary. It was average in all categories. Hence, the 3- Stars. We surmise that the thin pork chop and the thin sword fish is a product of the kitchen wishing to turn out such items as quickly as possible. Turnover is high, and they move fast. We may come back to try the pizza and order more of the meatball appetizer.

We had the best time here! Located in a great area with lots of things to do. Had no reservation and only a maybe 20 minute wait. We went for a walk in the nice neighborhood close by while we waited. There was also a pub, a Mediterranean Cafe and Thai restaurant next door.Forno has Indoor and outdoor seating available. Wonderful atmosphere all around. I was very happy with my view of the brick pizza oven! The host was great and called me as soon as there was an open table. Our server was perfect, very attentive.I had a margarita and diet coke(:For an appetizer we picked the goat cheese and chestnut honey bruschetta, amazing. We ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese and it was to die for! A real must have. I believe we had the Calabrese pizza, any pizza here is a winner. The food was spectacular and I will be bringing my mom here ASAP. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice, casual place with a friendly neighborhood feel. Pizza was very plentiful and tasty. Service was attentive and an easy place to get a filling meal.

Very friendly and great service. Upbeat atmosphere. Food was delicious, will be back to try more items.

Anniversary dinner. Ate outside. Wonderfully except for traffic noise.

Dinner and service were great!!

Great neighborhood spot. Very good food. One of my favorite restaurants in the area.

Most places right now are hit and miss on service- understandably so!- but we have never had a bad experience here! Always fantastic service and impeccable food. Cannot say enough good things.
