The boys first experience at five guys. They wanted to eat all the peanuts. They loved seeing and knowing the fries came from actual potatoes. We had single cheese burgers with all the toppings and they were delicious. The drink machine was fun and a Pearl Jam song played while we ate. The food was fast and our order taker was patient and helpful. The dining room was clean and welcoming. We will be back.
The food was awesome and cooked fresh! Very juicy hamburger and they have a lot of toppings. They also have the coke machines with all the flavors. So the big issue is while the food is great...the price is really high. A burger, small drink, and a small fries was almost 16 dollars. Big note (go small on fries and drink because the drinks are decent size and the fries are overloaded in a small cup and there's always a bunch in the bag cause they always give you a lot no matter what size.)
Excellent service and food. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and clean. The food was amazing and made to order. Everything in the order was correct, as we ordered it, and they even made my burger extra extra well done (as requested). Fantastic experience! I usually eat there a couple times a week. The manager, Aaron, is fantastic, quick to help in the kitchen during busy times, and is phenomenal at correcting anything that was missed and keeping everything stocked and wiped down.
Usually we can count on Five Guys for an awesome meal and dining experience. This time was different. After placing and paying for our order we went to get our drinks. It may be a small thing to others, but one of the great things to us about Five Guys is the variety of Coke and drink products available. Not this time, as many of the Coke products were blacked out, forcing us to choose from options we really didn't want, and that were syrupy and low on carbonation. When I asked an employee if they could refill the machines he said he would tell someone about it. No one did anything until about a half hour later when we had finished our meal and were ready to leave. If we go here again in the future we will check out the drink machines BEFORE placing an order.
Me and my wife love going there for a nice homemade burger. They truly are DELICIOUS!! The service is OUTSTANDING!!
they messed up literally the simplest order “little cheeseburger with tomato and pickle” instead it came a regular burger with pickle and smothered in mayo . i’m allergic to eggs so you can imagine my disappointment. this is a really serious issue and you guys need to think.
Fast quick service . The cheeseburger was made to perfection, the fries were hot and fresh but a lil over the top with salt . Extra scoop fries is always a plus . Toppings that I ordered on the side ,were abundant . Only negative for me was when I arrived I didnt see a sign for Curbside pick up like their web page said they provided at the Eastgate location . So I masked up and went in and placed my order in my pj pants and waited for my order ?. The food was so delicious, I didn’t take away a star .Great Job Five Guys crew Saturday ?

AWESOME! The bacon cheeseburger was delicious! So juicy and cheesy! YUM! The fries were fresh, hot, not too salty, and were great. Thank you Five Guys for a awesome lunch, keep up the awesome work! Y'all looked busy when I was there but y'all got it done quickly but efficiently. ??
Awesome burgers, but fries were super salty and not edible. Threw the whole box out. And the drinks were 80% empty, only diet and lemonades left. They were closing the store up at 8 but doesn't close till 10. Not my fave location.
