I wanted to shoutout Ms. Mary and DeAndre for their excellent customer service! Ms. Mary greeted me with a pleasant smile before I made it to the counter! I loved that! I waa greeted immediately, took my order perfectly! DeAndre went over and beyond to answer a few questions I had with hesitation. I also over heard him giving his co workers some really positive advice! I could tell he has strong leadership skills and great communication skills! They both are stars in my eyes! I look forward to my next visit there. Keep up the amazing work!!
Have not had Five Guys in a while and they changed locations on Colerain. My son and I decided to grab takeout burgers, he loves Five Guys and would eat it every day if I allowed?. We both had bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was fulfilling. Greasy bag is a good sign of “lots” of fries☺️. It was a bit pricey for the both of us. And my only issue is leaving smelling like onions??

Went there yesterday around 7:00pm the young one taking my order was so nice and funny and my food was the best !!!! MOST DEFINITELY COMING BACK
Burgers and fries are great but next time I need to ask for the smallest order of fries... my husband and I couldn't finish the regular size fries together!
This location has the friendliest nicest most polite workers, it was a all around pleasure dining here. Food and service was outstanding!
Five Guys makes the best fast-food burgers around. Service was friendly, order was correct. Milkshakes are relatively new for them and were good, not great. My one mistake, never order a large fry unless you are sharing it with 5 other guys.
The food was amazing I am glad that they reopened the store. The food was hot and fresh. They gave out a generous amount of fries. The burger was hot and juicy. the customer service was amazing and the black shirt manager did an amazing job directing her team. The store was very clean. Will be returning
Used to love their fries got some today that were terrible , to dark possibly needed the grease changed.
The fries were hot, but I asked for no tomato on my sandwich and it was on there when I got to my house. It was also my first time there so I was looking at the menu and it would've been great if the lady asked me if I need more time with my order.
