We stopped by for brunch - I went with the crab cake eggs bennie while she tried the shrimp and grits. The food was good but not great - while the service and iced coffees were fantastic!

There were 4 of us that came here after the flying pig. I expected it to be somewhat busy; however, we were pleasantly seated within 10 mins of arrival.Precious was our waitress and she had a great demeanor and was super personal. She made the wait not as bad due to her approach with us. We waited 1 hour for our food. As you can see from the receipt photos we didn’t order anything complex. I ordered my bacon, hash browns and the English muffin well done and the poached eggs medium well. The white on the egg wasn’t even done. The bacon was not completely cooked nor were the hash browns done well.I can overlook a lot of things. My largest frustration came from when I went to pay. Lilly was ringing us out. She asked how our meal was and I asked if she really wanted to know. She said yes. I gave her the feedback on how the food was and that precious was great. She immediately got an attitude and basically told us that the to go orders in the kitchen were backed up so that’s that. If she would’ve simply said I’m sorry what could we have done better? That would’ve totally changed our conversation. As a result I had to ask for the manager and the manager came up and he apologized and then wanted to know how much we had spent on our food. I let him know that I’m not someone who is looking for free food. I’m extremely disappointed in how long it took for our food and how my feedback was received by Lily. Lily does not represent the company well especially up front ringing people out.Very disappointed and won’t be back.

In town for soccer we met up with some friends from another team at this location. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. I never ran out of coffee. The food fresh and delicious. Lots of great choices for the vegetarian. No one made us feel bad for arriving at 2pm and staying past closing time.

Great service, good food. The pancakes were a bit too sweet for me but still tasty. The kale juice was everything. I was nervous to try it be it was very flavorful. Our waitress, Madeline was just the sweetest. There was also another young lady that assisted us at checkout that provided exceptional service. I didn’t get her name but she did mention she was a Libra & she wished me a happy birthday. Great place, perfect atmosphere. Glad we stopped in

In addition to the great breakfast and lunch options on their menu (they're open 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM everyday), they have a ton of healthy choices. I especially like their power bowls and salads. Service is pretty fast and there' s usually not a wait on weekdays, but it's better to get there before mid-morning on the weekends.

Tasty as hell. Really quality. Didn’t want anything heavy going to slow me down and the fresh juice and coffee were great. Super friendly super clean super cute!

Pretty good place for breakfast. Coffee was only ok - the reason for 4 stars. No lattes or anything else special. I would go back though, but maybe bring in a latte from a local barista!

Great service & food!! Highly endorse.. First Watch-(Downtown) was the one and only breakfast dine-in-carry out opened 7 days a week.. 17+years with some of the original staff, speaks volume???.

Love it, excellent service and excellent food, they serve fast and don't close early when their short staffed they stick it out and continue to serve I love this location ♥️

I have been here 4 times. Set a reservation and each time it took 25-50 minutes AFTER the reservation time to be seated. I arrived 10 minutes before the reservation each time.Be prepared to wait. Other customers I talked to had the same experience!
