Customer service terrible!!! Walked in with my family to get coffee and some pastries one morning asked to use the restroom for one of my kids. I was told by the manager that the restrooms were out of service. While waiting for our order the same manager opens the restroom door (which was locked) for another customer. When I looked at her she said dine in customers only! If I had not already paid I would have walked out. Never again will I go back.
I’m in heaven! Stop here for a quick bite or for a full meal. Or if you need a mid afternoon pick me up and haven’t tried a Greek Frappe, you’re missing out-big time! The food tastes fresh and authentic and the service was wonderful.
Our family absolutely loved this restaurant and the hospitality we received! The food was far beyond our expectations— fresh, home made and delicious! We felt like we were welcomed into the hole of dear friends.
Fillo is amazing in all aspects! My lavender honey oat milk latte was probably the best I’ve ever had and thinking about the desserts is making me salivate right now. On top of everything else, the design of the space feels both welcoming and luxe. The chairs are so ergonomically comfortable, everything is impeccably clean, and there is such a nice mix of modern and natural elements. This is my new favorite place!
Great pastries and coffee!
The food was amazing and everything was super fresh.I had the lamb and beef pita with spicy sauce. My friend had the egg pita with bacon and cheddar cheese. It was delicious. The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable. A co-owner Earnest came out to speak with us and ask us about our food and service. He was so nice and warm and gave us some history on how they came to open the restaurant. He grew up here left fir many years and came back to open the restaurant.I would give this restaurant 5 stars and will definitely be going again!
We went in to this amazing Greek Bakery at the urging of our pedal wagon captain. It was the most amazing place I've found in Cincinnati ever hands down! We were with a more reserved Bachelorette party and everything we ordered was amazing. My Chai latte was the best I've ever had, hands down. I loved being able to look in the windows of the kitchen. The inside of the restaurant was bright and beautiful and the design was stunning. Everyone was incredibly generous and so kind. I would literally be there every day if I lived closer.

Delicious Greek pastries and kebab pita! Very relaxing ambiance and well designed interior space. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!
