This is our #1 go to for Chinese takeout. It's family owned & operated and they truly take pride in every order they send out. I've never had a wrong order or cold food. They get very busy pretty much every evening around dinner time but I've never waited more than 20 mins for our order. And even when the phone is ringing off the hook and they have a lobby full of ppl waiting on orders, rhet still take time to make sure you're getting the correct order and they make sure they say thank you every time! I'll never order Chinese anywhere else. EVER!
I have been going to Fantastic Wok for many years and always had a great experience!!!!But my last visit it was definitely my last!!! I've purchased 2 dinner combos and that was very disappointing!! I really don't mind the higher prices, I totally understand that. The food was so poor beyond words!!! I was trying to find little pieces of beef and chicken among the very chunky peppers!! It's really disappointing because I know that they can do much better. I can understand having to cut corners, but this was a disaster of an experience. I must say that my son has stopped going there quite some time ago due to the fact that the food is totally not what it used to be.
I am new to the area and had a rough day at work. I’m not incredibly familiar with the community and restaurants yet but didn’t feel like I could cook for myself. I live a few blocks away so decided to give it a go and ordered pick up. Things were hot, delicious, and honestly what I needed today. The portions were very good sized and I will have leftover to enjoy for another meal or two for sure.
THIS IS THE Worst GENERAL tSO CHICKEN I EVER HAD. The FRIED RICE HAS NO ONIONS NO VEGGIES FRIED IN IT..RICE TASTES OLD...THE CHICKEN TASTES LIKE FRIED SOGGY CHICKEN COATED IN A SUPER SUGAR SWEET CLUMPY Stuff Ewww!!So I called and asked and complained he told me u get broccoli xhilli peppers only if I get the other general tso chicken...I said other?? Huh?? What?? That us the stupidest thing I have ever heard of
All around great taste. Need to work on customer service. Cut you short after paying for your food.
Make sure you repeat your order and that they repeated back because if you try to take it back they going to give you the same food with the same mistakes that was already made in it they should make you a fresh order
Worst Chinese Food EVER, my honey and I went here to FANTASTIC WOK in Cincinnati, Ohio. I ordered Shrimp Chow Mein and Fried Rice Lunch Special only to receive this awful food. It was hardly any shrimp all onions and LiL bit of beans sprouts. When I called back they said this is what Chow Mein is shrimp with onions.DON'T WASTE YOUR ? or TIME GOING HERE
I know I rated them on Facebook already but as I sit here eating their food right now I thought I'd leave another one here. I love their food, it's always such a treat to get it! My favorite Chinese place by far! Thanks for your hard work, guys!
