We tried the Indian pakoras as an appetizer, and the Ethiopian mushroom tibs and veggie combo platter as entrees. The pakoras were decent, but the portion size was very small. We likely won't order it again. The Ethiopian mushroom tibs was good, but about half as much food as the comparatively priced veggie platter. The veggie platter was mostly very good with a good portion size! The red lentils were delicious and spicy. The cabbage was amazing, and the favorite dish of both my husband and me. The collard greens just tasted like regular collard greens, not like Ethiopian food. I had no interest in eating them, and my husband agreed it was the worst of what we'd ordered. I wish instead we'd gotten more cabbage. Also, our veggie combo did not come with yellow split peas, but rather a double portion of red lentils.

Have been wanting to stop by for quite a while. Went in and told the person what I wanted to spend for dinner for two and that I wanted her to pick the absolute best things on the menu she asked me what I liked and I told her I want your opinion of the best examples of what you have on the menu. I got a lamb entree a beef on tray and a vegetarian entree with red and yellow doll with a carrot and cabbage side rice and the Ethiopian bread for all three entrees it was absolutely amazing. My husband doesn't like super spicy so I told her not to make it too hot but on my next trip I think I'll turn up the heat. I would highly recommend this place service takes a bit but they're making this food from scratch so it's absolutely worth the wait.

A convenient spot for great Indian food that's extremely well priced and portioned generously. They also maintain a full bar with their own cocktails, and have daily specials. I would recommend this establishment as the go to Indian dining in this part of the city.

Busy with rather slow service but succulent food; both Ethiopian and Indian foods! Well seasoned and fresh! Bursting with flavor and healthy choices.

One of the best brunches I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken and waffles are amazing. It felt like baby Jesus was being born inside of me everytime I took a bite. 10/10 if you’re looking for a great brunch place you need to try this

great brunch. Food was really good and the service was as well!

Update : IM NOT SCAM ..!! Thatas the best you come with ?!?!? Its my HONEST REVIEW DEAL WITH IT GET IMPROVE AND BE NICE TO UBER/Doordash delivery guys tooYuck ?Won’t ever eat from there. Also they report my UBER EATS DRIVER once ! Because she refused to deliver their food . Stinks her new car !!! They reported her falsely !!!They are nasty ..

Had a mix of the Ethiopian and Indian foods, which made for an awesome dinner. Definitely would recommend the Sambussa. The food did take a little while to come out, but you could tell it was prepped fresh and that the kitchen cared about the food they were putting out. We'll definitely be returning. (Also they have a ton of daily happy hour and super cheap drink specials)

Very unprofessional. We have waited for 45 min after placing order. Then manager told us that there is no one to cook roti and requested us to replace order with naan. And we agreed. But they cheated us and give uncooked naan 1 quantity and two overcooked naan. It means we ca not eat any naan. The fooled us because we converted dine in order to take away because of late service

This is an Indian restaurant in downtown Cincinnati near UC. It kind of focuses on like Indian street food as opposed to some of the fancier ones with the big menus and fancier dishes. There was a lot of good here as the restaurant looked very nice and the staff did a mostly good job (it took a while for them to cook the food but unless it's ridiculously long I don't complain about that and won't here either.) I went with my favourite Indian which is Lamb Vindaloo which is chunks of lamb (or whatever other meat you prefer) with a tomato based sauce with lot's of spices. I got mine a 4 out of spicy instead of my normal 5 because I had never been to this restaurant and didn't know how much they would spice it. I could have definitely gotten the 5 as the 4 wasn't all that spicy. It had some pretty good flavour and the lamb was cooked perfectly and was in pretty good sized pieces. Their naan was quite good as well which is vitally important at an Indian restaurant to soak up all of those sauces. I probably should have tried their street food which is their specialty but there will be a day for that. What I had was good but not great Indian food. When I come back and try the street food dishes I will reevaluate. I'd rate this about 6.5 out of 10.
