it was my first time , its a wonderful place, great design inside very happy staff seem very uplifting will definitely be returning and seeing , all the things they have to offer.

i am in one of the multiple homes and apartment buildings around you guys. you consistently have your windows open blasting music far louder than allowed by noise ordinance. regularly shaking our doors and windows on the third floor with the bass. dont be saying this isnt the right place to discuss this as you have before. every time i have called to address this happening i am sent straight to voicemail. i am currently collecting complaints from the residents on this block to take to the city council, as i know for a fact you are not allowed to have your windows open while blasting music, never the less playing music this loud.

Not a queer friendly space at all, all straight people. As a queer female not a place I feel safe anymore. When they first opened it was way better.

Great place with amazing bartenders. Don’t hesitate to come here. Such a welcoming atmosphere and drag show was top notch!

If you are trans; do not recommend. I was assumed to be a straight man; which I’m perfectly fine with.. but when performers ignore your money, it’s kinda a problem. Took a while to even get service at the bar when we were one of the first ones there. We are from outta town and wanted to support the local community; guess next time we’ll just go to tipsy bingo.

Will play extremely loud dance remixes of otherwise good songs until 3am. Public nuisance.Inside is a visual spectacle, a great view. Too bad they play terrible remixes of great songs and a simple cocktail is THIRTEEN DOLLARS.I want to love this place, but they constantly abuse the public noise ordinances and refuse to have a fun interior where speech is audible. Their business plan is be loud to attract people walking by.Disclosure: Live nearbyEDIT: Not sure if the owner response is still visible. Their essential claim is they are price competitive on drinks. Walk North a half block to Rhinegeist or a WHOLE block to Oddfellows to get better quality ingredients (dependent on the bartender) for beer/cocktails at 50-67% the cost. They overcharge the LGBTQ community for a room where you can't hold a conversation without screaming and a dancefloor that is rarely populated.

The price isn’t consistent. The bill is different every time we go there for the same drink. The bartender was extremely rude, she threw the card at me when she returned my card back to me. This is unacceptable

Good drinks & they're currently having Salsa dancing on Thursday nights

So- we went Downtown Cincinnati to this Night Club With the Name of E19 on Elm Street where they were playing Latin Music. When we arrived…The so Call VIP area was closed up. Then they opened up the area and I asked if we could seat on a couch they had. A guy working said it was okay. We then had to go up to the bar to get our drinks. I think we're there seating on that area from about 10:30 pm to probably almost midnight. Then management came in and told us we had to move from the couch because the area got reserved. They closed the area up again and put a reserved sign on a table. I was like what just happened? I was like that's super rude. I attempted to talk to a manager to find out why we were just asked to move out...and one said the area was a bottle area. I then said I could have bought a bottle...why wouldn't you ask before asking for us to just move out. Then one lady said "it's just not only the bottle- then I asked how much is it? in the mean Time---they were already seating the other people in the area. Pretty much since we didn't like…we just had to leave so we left. Do you guys happen to know this VIP protocol at bars? I would think they would give us the choice to pay whatever the VIP fee is and bottle service and not just asked us to move out. It was super Rude the Way it handled by management.

amazing first experience!!!! quick service friendly people (: highly recommend!!
