Coffee and donuts are always perfect. This location always has my iced coffee’s perfect. I live closer to another location but much prefer this locations service.
It was a blonde piece of hair on my donut . I’m SO disappointed, i’ve been here plenty of times and this is the first something wrong happened. Also the manager was rude when I asked for my money back !
This location has the worst customer service of any of the Dunkin’s around. Not sure why every time I go to order they act like they don’t want me to be there??
I drive for Uber eats and the lady working the window told me that normally she can’t do this and next time I’ll have to come in and that’s how you train your employees. Thanks so much.
This place has one of the Worst gust service. The lady at the window is always so rude with my drink and my order and one time when I asked for a sip lid she had such an attitude. I get it if they were super busy but they weren’t

Not sure how many times they have screwed up my order recently. Last two times i've been there i've ordered a donut. First time i got a blueberry muffin. Second time i got the wrong donut even after they confirmed what kind i wanted.
Came in early Sunday and ordered 22 sandwiches and donuts. They were very friendly and filled my order quickly.
We arrived at DD on Colerain around 5:55pm on a Sunday. We went through the drive thru and placed our order. We were advised at that time that they were no longer serving food. I asked what time do they close and was told 7:00pm. It's not like we showed up at 6:55pm. If you stop serving food more than an hour before your closing time, I think you should post it. Your customers deserve to know. I get that the food is breakfast food but we are not all on the same shift. Also, I love eating breakfast for dinner some times. Am I wrong?
