Had to wait 15 minutes before any employees even came to the register
I usually just get an unsweetened ice tea and bagel. I get donuts every blue moon for my babies. Haven't had an issue yet.
very disappointed this morning. ordered through grub hub since I wasn't able to leave the job. order showed up incorrect and missing items. I called the restaurant and someone picked up phone and then hung up. I called grubhub and they said that it was the restaurants issue because the driver took what was given to them by store.Total: $17.70Ordered: May 04, 2022 10:12:57amOrder number: #33611876-0743381Sourdough breakfast sandwich wound up coming on a croissant and the chicken bacon cheese croissant was not with the order. I certainly did not pay $17.70 for one sandwich and a coffee. Maybe someone will read this and reach out to make this right. If not I'll take my frequent business somewhere else and advise everyone here at the job to do the same. How do you miss an item on a 3 item order, and make one of the three items incorrectly?? I've worked food service. This is poor customer service.
Food is not good at all. However..the donuts..are delicious. Stick to what's good .

I had just made a stop at this gas station hoping to get a glass of water and the lady who attended me went above and beyond to stop what she was doing and get me what I needed with such kindness, so much so I had to leave this review that the staff service I left with was worth highlighting. She had darker complexion and a smile you could tell behind the mask, if the team is like her this is a franchise worth stopping by for snacks and drink.
There is a larger lady that has a very unkempt professional appearance. She has been standing at the window cussing about customers loud enough to hear it in my car over the radio on multiple visits.I come through this morning and this same lady is on the drive thru mic. I ordered a coffee and a plain bagel with cream cheese. She literally YELLED through the mic "no I SAID WHAT KIND OF BAGEL YOU WANT"Worst customer service I've experienced. Maybe go next door and learn a thing or two from the shell employees.
Love this location. I'm here a lot and they do a good job. Has there been mistakes? Sure. But who doesn't make mistakes at 7:30 am?

I ALWAYS go here… but lately they are TERRIBLE. I waited at the drive thru for FIVE MINUTES before someone took my order. Then didn’t have the correct order. Then tried to tell me this drink is a latte. Who clearly it was made with coffee, not expresso, as it taste like old disgusting coffee. I would rather drive out of my way then go here for disgusting $4 coffee.
