The staff is was very friendly when BAM was there the older guy cook is good and the lady but the cashier at the register dont greet u or say thank u he just stand there dont speak and u tell him what u want he dont even give u a total u look at the screen this comment applies to the one inside the US BANK BLDG should make that's BAMS permanent store and quit moving him much friendlier when he was there it hasn't changed guy that doesn't speak or say hello it's what and the cook had to get my coffee again yesterday when lisa wasnt there it opens later evere
Probably the rudest experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. Didn’t even so much as acknowledge me and took 3 orders ahead of me when all they had to do was hand me my order that was a call ahead sitting behind the counter. Not sure what happened to the staff that used to work there prior COVID, they were great. This new staff needs to be retrained ASAP.
Real hot coffee and nice staff
Coffee was good, staff was a touch rude both days I went.
The addition of coconut milk and oat milk has allowed me to enjoy coffee there again! I'm not lactose intolerant (cow sugars), but can't have cow proteins, so that is super helpful!
I love this Dunkin'! Staff is very friendly and the service is always good quality and fast. I have never had an issue here.

Would've given it 5 stars but the manager is rude and unprofessional, (wears his pants around his knees).
