The inside of this location is dirty. The seats and tables are sticky with icing and chocolate. The trash was full to the point of spilling out. They were out of decaf coffee. The employees seemed nice but not trained the best.
Good as always. I was driving by and I had to have a glazed donut. I wound up buying a dozen.
Friendliest staff hands down ,I just wish they were faster .I go almost everyday because I love the ice coffee.
Avoid this location at all costs. Sweet tea is never sweet. Everytime I ask for a frozen vanilla coffee, they never put vanilla in. Snackin bacon is never cooked properly. And for a donut place, the donuts are gross
This is supposed to be a doughnut shop. Always hard to get a decent doughnut! What's the deal with coffee these days. Coffee sucks and the way keep the machinery people are going to get sick.
This was probably the worst experience I've ever had with Dunkin' donuts, I pull through the drive thru around 5:45 in the morning, no one was in line I order a simple turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel and pull up to the front and pay. And then wait s and then wait and then see more cars pull up behind me in order. Then after waiting they tell me to drive around to the side because my order is not ready. Meanwhile I see several cars in the drive through drive off with their meals, I see people walk into the store and walk out with food while I'm waiting. A lady comes out and says did you have this order, and it was not mine and gave it to a car behind me. Then she explained that she had lost my ticket and would be right out with my food. How can you lose my ticket if I was the only one in line, the first one in line. Needs to say 10 minutes later I finally got the one sandwich I ordered and was late to work, thank you crew at Dunkin' donuts ??
I quit going to dunking donuts about 2 weeks ago cause u walk up the cashier big black guy with dress says what u want and they are slow almost missed my bus twice so I wont go back there
My coffee is rarely consistent but the staff is always very nice and I appreciates that about them.
Morning staff is definitely the best. Very sweet employees, and my order is always usually right.
The drive thru employees are trash. They don't listen. Won't be back..
