No complaints here, always makes fresh coffee & donuts
Food was good the workers was not if I hadn't prepaid allready I would have left.
We tried this location on a whim and I was grateful the drive thru wasn't busy. The staff was helpful by answering my questions regarding menu items. I tried one of the new refresher drinks and it was cold and sweet. My only complaint are the donuts being too small
I would recommend not saying I guess I'll take these cuz you're out of the chocolate donuts they've got racks in the back apparently full of different DonutsI've called ahead for orders and they don't even want a credit card when I offered highly recommend them if you want some donuts or breakfast croissants
I go here for the avocado toast (now with roasted tomatoes, yum!) and the green tea. I really like both those items on the Dunkin menu, especially since I am vegan.
Stopped there at a little after 11 am on a Saturday ordered a big box of donut holes and 3 breakfast sandwiches with hash rounds and a mocha moolatte. Everything was great and the drivethru went pretty quick. Workers were nice and didnt rush me when i was ordering. I will however recommend you go early if you want a good selection of donuts or donut holes because they sell out quick. All they had left when i got there were glazed and blueberry donut holes.
I went here for the first time the other day, and my experience was terrible. I walked in and was the only person in the dining room, and even though I could see at least 5 employees, it still took more than 10 minutes before anyone decided to greet me. Not even so much as a "hello" when I walked through the door. I even tried to address my issue and no one bothered to even listen to me. I left feeling upset. I understand the drive threw was busy, but i was a customer too and they just ignored me like i wasnt there. Honestly, in my opinion, this Dunkin's customer service really stinks. Safe to say I wont be going back anytime soon, nor will i recommend this particular Dunkin' Doughnuts to anyone.
This is my favorite Dunkin! They are always very fast and efficient. The workers are always very attentive and nice 10/10!
Just got donuts on a Sunday morning and the donuts are hard and already going stale. They should be fresh and soft and are anything but. This is ridiculous and a waste of money.
Even when they mess up my order I'm never leaving upset. I always feel like my order is made with love.
