Great experience most of the time. A couple occasions I was there after opening and they weren't open despite the hours stating they should've been.
They were out of the things I wanted, but still posted on the menu. Great service
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke and employees just standing around! I had a food app delivery I stopped there for. A kid was standing on the front line touching his lips putting Vaseline on his lips and the order wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for them to make the order.After he touched his bare hands to his mouth, he then proceeded to make the order without washing his hands first. No management was there. So ridiculous and disgusting!
Staff was very helpful. I'm new at the coffee thing. They helped me decide what I may like. Super fast service with a smile!
The one guy working there made the best vanilla latte I've had in a long time. They need a employee tip jar! I think he said his name was Tyran?
I had the worst iced latte of my life here. The young guy behind the counter took 15 minutes to make my coffee then it was hot in the cup! Never again.
This establishment is nothing but lazy workers who would rather make excuses and argue instead of remake someone’s food!! 3rd time coming here as a last resort and I will never be back!! Bagel has been burnt twice and the lady tells me it’s not. You are all a joke. Don’t waste your money!!!!
I’ve tried this location 3 or 4 times now and my cup is never full, one time being barely half, and when I ask for it to be filled with more milk I am treated like an imposition. Won’t be going to this location again.
