Love their coffee they just seem to make it right and how can it be bad when they have donuts oh yeah
Well you won’t get east coast Dunkin’ quality in Ohio. That’s a given.But I at least expect you to get my order right?Ordered two wake up wraps, sweet black pepper bacon.Got a stale croissant sandwich. Verrrryyyy stale. Tasted vaguely if donuts which makes sense. But it was 1030 on a Saturday… when do you reckon these were made?And my birthday beverage was also not as ordered…. Unless the cold foam is supposed to be non existent? It looks like someone just shook my coffee up for a bit.TLDR not worth it. Want a refund.Don’t spend your money here.Make the franchisee regret their inability to manage effectively.
Its very hard to get any more unprofessional than your Sunday morning staff.
Dunkin donuts are probably the best there are
Inconsistent service sometimes great service sometimes it absolutely awful and people just take your food and they are too slow to remake it. Other times it's so fast and efficient.
I walked in to get a drink and hashbrown the place was dirty had coffee spill every where and the counter was so sticky even the floors were nasty. The staff was not friendly at all was very rude and when I said thank you she rudely replied sure.I will never go there again.
Fast coffee stop on way to airport, fast friendly service. Thanks, thats rare.
Donuts here are limited, by 8:30am on Saturday nothing left. I’m on the hunt for somewhere with more selection
Amazing coffee both regular and dark roast but the donuts in the breakfast food is unfortunately mediocre at best.
Dunkin Donuts is not my normal go to place to getting my morning coffee. So I was quite surprised/empressed when i went thru their drive thru and discovered they offered any combination of any caffeinated beverages of your choice. Slam dunk
