The store was clean but no trash can on the parking lot. The uniform of the girl who took my order wasn't clean and not dunkin standard. Also I ordered 2 lattes but both of them has half cup foam wich is cappuccino finally the wait time is longer as they were helping drive thru and forget the front counter guests. My feedback is just to improve dunkin customers service not trying to complain about your location as I'm general manager of dunkin.
I love their French Vanilla Iced Coffee! I had a hankering for one so my son and I decided to swing through the drive thru. When I arrived it was rather busy, I pulled in and noticed this car that had been waiting a long time because he pulled in the wrong way. When the line finally moved I let him pull in front of me. (You never know what kind of a day a person is having, and a kind gesture goes along way). Needless to say when I pulled up to the window with my money hanging out the window, the cashier told me that my order was already paid for! Wow is all I could say as I jumped out the window to thank him as he drove off!!! All in all I love it there and my Iced coffee tasted Amazing!! #kindnessmatters???
3 new people working, I heard the manager say. Which I get, I understand but took 15 minutes for my coffee and sandwich. I definitely waited paitently as I could tell they were scrambling. Yet the sandwich came out luke warm at best. I'll give it another try, but wasn't quick as was expected.
If you like stail Donut. Swing on in, Or drive another mile theres a Krispy Cream on the left. Very disappointing stop. These were all basicly crunchy donuts.
Brought my daughter through for something to eat after a long morning waiting at Priority Care. She wanted the same thing she always gets- a donut with vanilla icing and the bacon…She ended up with a donut with sprinkles, which she is allergic to.Before I left the window I noticed I was given something other than bacon. When I tried to correct the order and return the item, which I did, I was made to pay for the bacon, and not refunded for the item we did not order…and I returned. After such a long morning I caved, but man do I regret not asking for a full refund and leaving. Dissatisfied.
The owner/manager is awesome! Always remembers regulars. The team is great and goes above and beyond to fulfill orders with speed and accuracy. Keep it up team! Great job.
Regular Dunkin with long wait times. This location seriously needs to purchase a lot or move before their line gets someone killed as their tiny parking lot does not hold more than a handful of cars and the lines reaches out into beechmont waiting for a distracted driver to kill you.
I watched the whole entire team in this restaurant work together in a way that I have not seen in other restaurants. The food was fresh. The place was clean but you cannot dine in at this point. In general I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want this kind of food. They have a really good team all the workers are very professional and friendly I had to wait for my food a little bit but it was worth it . They were so good and professional.. I mean I literally watch the guy cook the food for me and he did such a great job and everybody was working so well together it was amazing it was very rare to find that in this day and age
Amazingly fast! Drive-thru might be backed up to Beechmont… but… I get through the line in less than 5 minutes.Always a friendly voice and face at the drive-thru. That’s refreshing early in the morning. ?
Total wait time was 13 minutes and 26 seconds. This is a real cluster to go to I recommend going to another Dunkin' donuts preferably ones that aren't too cheap to restructure their parking lot do accommodate more than three cars at a time not to mention a customer service staff that actually responds when you talk to them. I won't be back
