I asked if they had any coupons for my order and the lady said no when in fact there was. Besides that it was fine.
Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin's to me so I go to this one a lot! Fair warning, you're drink WILL be made wrong. There's no nice way to say it but I'll do my best,.. many of the employees who are "part of the owners family" DO NOT know how to make a good coffee if their lives depended on it. Today in particular I actually had to go to McDonald's to get better coffee, and it was made right the first time. I grew up in new England where coffee at dnd's is a little way of life. They are screwing it up real bad at this location.
I door dash and the staff is friendly and well organized when I go through. The qualify and taste of the food and coffees are great.
Not a good value in general. I have no complaints with the employees. I'm not a donut person. Like many I guess I ended up here because I had some time to kill before by UC doctor appointment. McDonald's wasn't open yet. I learned that they don't even give free refrlls on iced tea like most places do. If I knew that going in I would have asked for a cup of tea with no ice. Because all you really end up with is a small amount of actual tea when the cup is mostly ice. Not the end of the world I know. I'm waiting for the doctor though so I thought I'd leave the comment. The owner should rethink the no refills policy on tea though because almost every other place offers it.
Just a WONDERFUL experience! My mind ? was really improving from the healthy beverages that Dunkin donuts offered. As a mentally ill patient, my synapses are getting back online and improving at faster rate by going to theses professional restaurants. Didn't realize that potential of coffee and green tea can have on my brain ?, which is the hardware and mind which is the software. The flavors are so PERSONAL, I just couldn't comprehend what I was drinking, just plain bliss! Thanks Dunkin donuts! I'll be back after my next social security disability check this month!
WILL NEVER AGAIN WASTE MY MONEY.Purchased a specialty drink at the UC hospital area in Clifton and got sick an hour later...with Constant Diarrhea and Nauseous? Not sure if the staff were following safety protocols in hygiene but there was definitely some cross contamination or something nasty in the product and staff Not Washing Their Hands to cause this reaction.
I usually come here a few times a week but lately Quality seems to be lacking. In addition to the risk of scraping the side of your car going in the drive thru....Ordered a Large, handed me a medium, instead of remaking it he just added more coffee on the top and it didn’t taste well... however the one on Madison does a better job and is actually cheaper than this one and only 5 mins away.
Hi everyone if -0 is an option I will Doit I ust have a bad experience in this store location. first they don’t welcome they have an attitude , I ask the cashier to please cancel my order an refuel so I can give my points and she told rudely that she can’t cancel the order and I ask for the Manager and someone name Jessica came and she was so rude to me and told that if she give money back she’s not going to serve me and I ask why ? I just want to give my points and she close the window door in my face and open es again and say I will give you your money and will leave I say I’m not doing anything wrong and say I calling the police on you and I wait for maybe 10 min the police never arrived for the time the I was there and she NEVER GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR MY FOOD , and I can’t wait any longer because I have to work , she stay with my money , And also she said if call corporate they will send her the email meaning it does Not matter what I want to do.
The staff is great, the store is well lit and clean and the product is excellent.
I love DD. This location however, is just not good in general. Took 30 minutes to get a cold coffee.
