Drive thru went good.Wish had blueberry bagels again
I stood in the lobby at the register for 15 minutes and nobody came over. I walked over to the driverhru area where no less than 5 employees were clustered involved in conversation. I asked if anyone was going to assist us. I was told no the lobby wasn't opened because they were short staffed. I get it. I was furious because there were no signs up saying so and they simply ignored us instead. I will never come back
This used to be the best place. Drive thru used to go super fast now, even with a lot of people working, they are super slow. Closed the inside again. I miss all the old people that worked here. They were so fast and friendly and knew exactly what I get. But now, I understand with everything going on, it’s hell but, come on!
Horrible they messed up the drinks the food didn't give me the 6 donuts i had to go back to wait for all their mistakes to be fixed and then the guy took his shoe off and was touching his feeeeetttt while working at a food place ?

I got a sourdough breakfast sandwich, with bacon and sausage, it was Delicious and Good service.
Since they changed all the management and employees recently they are soooo slow! Started driving past for new Forest Park location.
Friendly staff. Fair price and the quality certainly surpasses McD. Plus they have healthy options, which some others do not...whole grain buns, egg white option, power breakfast sandwich, and veggie sausage. Of course they have great coffee !
Credit to this location that even when they have issues they do a great job with friendly service! They manage to keep up with lengthy lines in a rapid pace. Keep up the great work!
Thieves. Placed an online in store pick up order 6 days ago only to be greeted by a we're sorry we're closed due to staffing issues sign on the front door. Canceled the order of course on the app and I've yet to see the money back. Called them, emailed customer service, still nothing. It's one thing to have an app take money for a service you cannot provide I understand things happen but to still be waiting on my refund a week later is theft.
