Ordered two entrees to go. Asked for utensils. I get 1 fork, 1 napkin, 1 packet of soy sauce and 1 fortune cookie. Are you all honestly that friggin’ cheap? On to the food - had the general Tsos, probably the worst version I’ve ever had. Very soggy. It’s the same kind of batter used for sweet and sour chicken. My wife had the pad Thai. No flavor aside from heat.Save your money and find another place. There’s plenty of them.
Received extremely poor service today from whom I assume to be the OWNER of the establishment. The OWNER slammed my change onto the counter but placed a white gentleman’s change directly into his hand. Overall, her demeanor is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have frequented this establishment quite a few times in the past and have never been met with such blatant disdain! Usually, there is a younger fellow that takes the orders; he is quite kind. I am saddened to have had such a subpar experience today. My expectation for any restaurant is to be met with kindness, RESPECT, and to be treated equally and fairly. Out of respect to the young gentleman preparing the orders single handily( who usually takes the orders), I refrained from canceling my order and asking for a refund. Nevertheless, I”ll never return!
The order was timely but the food is so so. I ordered sesame chicken and it was very soggy and spongey as well as having soggy broccoli. The texture made if seem like it was pre cooked, frozen and then recooked. It had way to much sauce that it was overflowing and they didn't send napkins. I was mostly disappointed.
Rating is just for service, I haven’t even received the food yet. I ordered online and was told to come at 6:51 pm. It’s 7:30 pm and I’m still waiting and the people working don’t care. It’s fine if it will take a while for the food but give me a realistic wait time so I’m not waiting in the store.
This is plain yellow rice. No egg or veggies. Doesn't even seem fried anymore. The chicken was super spongy. Not sure if there was even any actual chicken at all. Taste wasnt bad.
Regarding Joshua Cohen’s review, there are certainly some misunderstanding there, it happened on the Christmas day, this restaurant was only place open and was hammered by orders, each order at least has 10-15 items, as far as I can remember he placed the order only 15-20 mins prior and there was no indication that website was telling him the order is ready (due date was chosen by customers not restaurant), judge by common sense (this is only restaurant open), wait time should be much longer than usual.I believe the service here is very efficient and they are doing their best to serve the customer, it will be very appreciative to show some respect to these servers.
Well the fried rice went downhill but the chicken wings are still goodThey probably don’t frie the rice no more since like 100s of people come in and out but still good and they are FAST
Between the price & the quality, this place by far has some of the best Asian food you can get in Cincinnati
Was very disappointed... asked for chicken fried rice and that was all that was in there ... no vegies... no egg just rice and chicken with no flavor.. even the vegetable rice was disappointing.. broccoli and rice. What happened to the rice you use to serve ... or are you guys under a new management because it not the same at all
The chicken could have been better. Too greasy.
