We stood waiting for a table for a good 10 minutes , just being ignored and then We were seated, given chips and salsa and No one came back! We sat for 20 minutes without a single person even taking a drink order or even acknowledging us. We asked someone if we had a waiter and she never came back either. We finally left. Very disappointing.
We have been coming to Don Rigo's since their opening and have loved ever visit. The food is some of the best Mexican food in this area and the price puts it to the top of our list. The staff is the best, always very attentive. Owners are always there working, greeting and just being great owners showing their appreciation for your business and patronage ! We love and highly recommend visiting Don Rigo's !!!
This place is an absolute staple for us, we eat here once a month and the food is always phenom. They are Tex-Mex, which most places around here are. My go to is the burrito al barzon and my boyfriend usually gets the quesadilla tropicana. They have a habanero sauce for their wings that is spicier than my fav thai restaurant, perfectly sweet then lights you up, it is fantastic. The azteca soup is also phenom with some added heat.Today we tried the parilla for two, shrimp, chicken, beef, scallops with onion and peppers. Fantastic. A great amount of food for two people who love to grab some food after the gym. Service is always A+, love this place.
Arrived early, around 445p, restaurant had less than 10 tables filled. Took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Service was slow. Order was messed up. Food was so-so. Not the best experience.
Have ordered takeout here about 10 times because it’s local. Every single time I go in for pickup, no one comes to talk to me for 5-10 minutes, even when I catch multiple people’s attention. Tonight, the man before me finally just grabbed his own food from the rack and left cash on the counter without being helped.On top of that, the food is often delayed more than 10 minutes past estimated pickup.I asked a server if I should be doing something differently, since I have this problem consistently. They blamed it on the fact that some of their workers don’t speak English and so can’t help with customers. Absolutely no problem with this, but then sufficient staff numbers should be hired for the necessary tasks. This is not an excuse for poor management and service.I will not be returning to Don Rigo after consistently slow service. Food is fine, not worth the frustration every single time.
Server and overall service was awful. Plus most employees don't speak English. I know some Spanish but not enough to carry on a conversation. Better options out there.
Great place! Friendly, attentive staff, amazing food and a reasonable price.
This was our second time here . Of course we had to ask multiple times for water and other things that we needed. The server never asked how was our dinner at all. Needless to say that this will be the last time for us both dining there. We're both very disappointed in the service.

Not impressed.Though the place was mostly empty the hostess sat me down at a table that was wedged back in the corner. Glad I don't suffer from claustrophobia.My waitress was friendly and attentive though and I ordered a lunch taco salad...chicken was the meat in it.The chips and salsa was pretty generic as was the ice tea.I will also say that my salad did nothing to break that generic trend. Reminded me of a gas station chicken burrito. I had to sprinkle it with hot sauce to get it to taste like much.About the only thing that actually tasted good was the gumball I got when leaving.If I visit again I'll order something different. But that's gonna be a while.
