Barbecue Barbeque Chicken Wings

Went today for the first time after driving by for the last year and was wandering if the bbq was good. Here is the review of the location off 71 north exit 28:-interior floors really dirty, food prep are behind counter needs a good cleaning-pulled pork was 50% fat-baked beans were pretty sad, lacked flavor, tasted liked canned almost-roll was decent, but probably not made on locationWon’t be going back

The food tasted really good, no problem there. The Carolina reaper sauce was super mild in heat. The portions were way too small. We ordered a sandwich and it came with just a biscuit/slider roll and I don't think that is normal. The jalapeño kielbasa was probably the best part of my meal. If things were cheaper or you got more for the current price I'd consider ordering again.

Definitely on the right path to making dickies Great again!! This place was good!! Def come threw!!

Missing food, human hair in the food received.I ordered through door dash and dickys canceled my order because they didn’t have certain items I ordered (they were on the menu). When I called, dickeys told me to contact door dash and that door dash would adjust the order and resend it. Door dash could not do that, but they did make it as right as they could. But I do still have to wait 7 days for an $85 refund. Thanks dickeys.I reordered the meal on Grubhub, with out the Caesar salad, and I selected Mac and cheese instead, because dickeys said they had that.when my meal arrived, it was missing:The drink2 out of the 3 meats purchasedAnd 2 out of the 4 sides purchased (including the Mac and cheese)The meal was missing so much food, that Grubhub could not/would not refund the meal fully.Upon eating our food, my child pulled out a long piece of human hair from the one meat they did send. All and all, we waited 3 hours for food that was mediocre, cold, missing items, and had human hair in it.I’m truly disturbed by how a company can charge so much and give such poor care to their products and customers. I will not be ordering Dickey’s again.. Eli’s is right down the street. They serve the same food, for the same prices. But they care about food quality and customer service.

Prices for 2 meat plate and 9 piece chicken entirely too high. The 2 meat plate had two rib bones and 2 pieces of brisket (one of which was fatty). Sauce was missing on the chicken wing pieces. The brisket was tough. The total delivery cost was over $30. It was edible, but I will not order from this restaurant again.

We were excited when a Dickeys opened closer to us, but when our family went we were somewhat disappointed. The food wasn't the usual quality we get from Dickey's. Smaller portions for sure. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and was charged for a normal meal (but not given the drink that comes with it) because "that's how we ring up a kid's meal". They were playing Family Guy at a very high volume on the TV, which was not ideal for a family with a toddler who repeats everything she hears... Two stars instead of one for the nice employee who rang us out.

Nice place and super fast service. The only thing that made it 4 instead of 5 was there was a tiny bone shard in the pulled pork. Not trying to jack my grill up.

Save your money. This is the saddest barbecue I have ever seen.Tiny bones in all my “ribs” that looked like they were chewed. Sad portions on sides. Everything was cold and tasted like it came out of a bucket.I cannot thumbs down or one star this hard enough to feel justified by this depressing food.

This was the worst ever food and service. I will tell everyone I know not to go to Dickeys in Norwood. Look at the picture below, this was supposed to be Brisket, this was nothing but straight FAT. If they was still open I would have taken it back. Plus they end calling the cops on us, because they F up. They gave our food to Door ash and would not refund our food or remake our order. The manager was so RUDE, please closed this location down. Quick & hurry. I wish didn’t have to give a star, because they won’t have nothing. But I have to post the review

My wife and I ordered food from Dickey's Barbecue Pit for the first time. We got the 2 meat 2 plate for $24, brownie cookie and 4 sides. The meat portions were very small, food was extremely cold and we got no BBQ sauce with the pulled pork, ribs or the beef brisket. There was no BBQ sauce on the side either when we specifically asked for Sweet BBQ sauce. The packaging of the food is very poor and isn't a good place for delivering food. Your food will come cold and you will get no BBQ sauce for food that should have BBQ sauce on it from a BBQ restaurant. My wife, kids and I weren't satisfied with our experience as first time customers. We will not order from this place again. Suggestions of improvement:- Put BBQ sauce on the side or on the food that the customer chooses- Package the food better for delivery. A simple fix would be instead of wrapping the food in paper; you could wrap it in aluminum foil.- Ensure the food is actually cooked and hot for the customer.- Increase your meat portion sizes and stop being so greedy. 2 tiny slabs of ribs and 2 slices of beef brisket and a spoon full of pulled pork for the prices you're charging just isn't worth anyone's time or money. If you take these suggestions into serious consideration and there is improvement over time, you will get more business, which will generate more revenue over time and possibly give you the opportunity to expand your empire.
