We tried the Chiken wings and the tenders, and the chicken inside was way to dry. The battered skin was delicious but not the dry chicken inside. They have jumbo sized wings that makes it a little messy to eat, also you end up with more bland chicken that's under the skin.
Okay the food didn't last long enough to take a picture, I apologize. However we highly enjoyed the food. My daughter has been raving about these ever since we saw them on TikTok, now the hotdogs were a bit salty but I didn't mind, the MOZZ STICK .... YO if you like cheese sticks then this is the place to come get one. DAAAAWAAAAANNNNN absolutely delicious.
The dry rub drumsticks were amazing! I felt like I was back in K-Town in New York City. The waffle fries were good but had to be reheated. They have a good amount of fry seasoning. The Corndog was okay. I don't think potatoes are a good fit with their batter but it could be because I'm comparing it to the chicken and the batter is perfect without them. We will order the chicken again!
Great location next to esoteric brewing, the food blew me away and the people working were great to take care of me. Delicious!!
I got 3 drumsticks, a mozz stick and a corn dog they all were delicious. I started eating before pulling off
Pro:Soy garlic drumsticks were great. They were crispy and savory. They were still slightly crunchy even when I saved some for an hour later. The seaweed salad and rice were also good (standard).Con:The gochujang bbq tenders were dry and tough. We ended up eating only 2 of them because we really just didn’t like them and shared the drumsticks instead. I also order the cured cukes but they must have forgotten to put it into the bag or forgot to take down the order. (It was only $3 if they forgot to bag it so we didn’t call to correct them. It wasn’t a big deal since they were closing when we got there.)
Waited a bit upon waking in before being noticed, but, the food was worth it. My wife had the cauliflower, I had the wings. So crunchy and delicious. Fries were a little undercooked. Seasoning and sauce was good though. Cured cukes were good as well. Can't wait to get some kimchi and corn dogs next time. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.
Went to decibel's take out window in Esoteric this past Friday and just WOW. The chicken was some of the best I've had in Cincy, very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I had the original seasoning on the tenders and it was so good I had to get an extra order to bring home to my fiance - we plan to include Decibel in our regular date night lineup. Cannot recommend it enough!
Food is great, could be a little more sauce but still greaT!!! Wish they would label the boxes what food is what, also just driving past can’t tell if it’s really open… very friendly service willing to explain or pronounce the names. It’s worth it!!
They are the only eatery that I know of in town that sells Korean Fried Corn Dogs and they are so good. Great customer service and visibly clean environment.
