Today I tried Currito for the 3rd time. The first two times were good, not great, but it's close to my office and quick so I tried it again. today I got their Superfood Salad which is definitely the best thing I've gotten there so far. ALTHOUGH, I'm giving it 2 stars because of a heinous policy they have there and I don't think I'll be returning.I got my order to go and wanted a water. I asked for a regular sized cup (instead of the tiny cups they provide for water) so I can put a lid on it so I could take it in the car without spilling. The cashier said no, and that she would have to charge my $3.89 for a WATER. She then got another worker to verify that yes, I would have to pay $3.89. The water cups are CLEAR and you could watch me fill up the water if you wanted. I've NEVER had an issue with getting a normal sized cup with a lid for water at any other restaurant. This is actually the second time I've asked for this at Currito but the first time they finally said, OK, after making it a big deal. This time, they were adamant that I would either pay for a regular fountain drink, or use their tiny water cup. I would gladly pay you 25 cents for a cup if you needed me to, but I think this is absolutely crazy.
The service at this location is pretty bad, especially compared to the great service at the Blue Ash location.No acknowledgment and no cashier at the counter. It somehow took 10 minutes to get in and out even though there was no line.I could feel my soul dying with the staff as they slowly and unhappily prepared things.
This place is amazing especially the Hyde park location! They are so polite and attentive. Rachel is one of the newer members and is always very kind and is mindful of the peanut allergy. She has a beautiful smile every time I come in and great service. I don't care what you need to do the Hyde park currito crue is the best!
Love the variety on the bowls Asian, Indian, Buffalo, etc. and all the veggies. Ordering on the app is easy and the food is always ready on time. Friendly greeting from staff when you walk in is appreciated.
Ordered online through their website for delivery and driver left the food outside and eventually sent me photo of it in the heat. The other issue was the wrong order completely so I called the location and told them and after talking with two employees finally transferred to their manager and couldn't fix the order. They told me should see refund and just horrible service and couldn't even bring me new order, will never go back.
Had a great first time experience here at Currito. One of my co workers always raves about this place so I had to give it a shot. And honestly, it did not disappoint.Shout out to Rachel working the register on March 30th afternoon shift. She explained everything to me, how it all works, and of course told me some of her personal favorites.Will be coming back very soon!!!
The staff on 02/02/22 @ 11:15ish made my food ON POINT! It was delicious! Everything was fresh & perfect! My food was so good that I ate it all in the car before getting to my destination! Good job ladies! ?
Quick, kind service with wonderful quality food. Always satisfying and flavorful without feeling heavy or guilty afterwards. Love these bowls and I will be returning soon!

Visited on a Saturday at 1pm. 2 people dining in currito and 4 young women working behind the counter, no one else in line. My boyfriend and I ordered two Mediterranean bowls and told the girl we ordered from that we would like to add additional toppings as the girls made our bowls. The girls made us feel like we were an interruption to their day.The girl making the bowl put in the base ingredients and slid the bowl to a co worker- when my bf stated that he wanted addt’l items, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The other girl said rudely said“what did you want” and continued to lean against the wall. Girl with bowl proceeded to make the requested bowl.Similar experience as I followed in line.Not sure this staff was happy to be around each other, let alone working with customers.Worst customer service ever and it’s a shame because we LOVE Currito food and it is a treat as we do not have one in our city.
