We had the best service and food was delicious!!
for $44 dollars I only got 1 crab cluster . I wanted to try them out ??♀️ because I thought Cincy crab was too high . Cincy is the better deal they give you 2 clusters for $43 BETTER DEAL NOTE I WENT TO THE CRAFTY CRAB IN SPRINGDALE NOT KENWOOD . DONT GO TO SPRINGDALE
I went to Crafty Crab with my sister in law this morning. The restaurant opens at 12, but the staff didn’t show up to unlock the door until 12:02. We sat for almost an hour before our food was served because kitchen “is taking a while to get ready”. We tipped over 25% anyway because we used to work in restaurants and felt bad for the server. Then on my way out to pick up my kids from school, my car was blocked by the ladder of their delivery truck. I waited patiently for them to deliver two loads before asking them to simply lift the back ladder so I can squeeze out- - to which I was told impatiently “can’t you just wait?” I explained that I couldn’t, I had to pick my kids up, and was ignored. Then I asked the restaurant guys to ask the delivery guy to just lift the back ladder, which takes almost no time nor effort, the restaurant worker replied to me “that’s not my problem, his delivery is for the owner, not for me. Go talk to the owner.” I then asked to speak to the owner, and was told “she’s not here, she rarely comes in.” I had to wait for two more deliveries before able to move my car and was late to pick my children up.For a restaurant that opens at 12, kitchen should be ready to serve at 12, not just unlocking and prepping. They held us up until after 1 to serve our food, then blocked my car and rudely told me that’s not their problem, go talk to the owner who’s never there… I can hardly see an establishment such as this stay in business for long. I would never go back again
Great service and drinks!!
The Blue Crab and Head On Shrimp were fantastic in the cajun sauce. I have never had them prepared in a "wet" cajun. Reminded me of a cross between Old Bay and Tony Chacheres in butter. The blues were pre topped and split in half. Taste was again on point, but not the Chesapeake Bay style a lot of folks might be expecting. The Oysters, unfortunately, did not agree with my belly. They were good, came with lemon, cocktail and a horseradish? like paste (another new one for me). They were VERY mild on salinity. I'd likely go for a cooked version next round.I would love to try their full on crab boil. Unfortunately I was solo ☹.Hostess was amazing! Very attentive and friendly!
I've visited multiple times. For dinner and lunch. I usually order the boom sauce with extra extra hot (asian hot) for my boiling seafood. If you like savory and hot boiling, please try it at this restaurant. Highly recommended ??
Food was good, a little to pricey but it was good. I would go back
Best tasting seafood I've ever had from a restaurant. Seasoning was flavorful and not too salty. Services was pleasant and the prices were appropriate concidering our overall quality and experience we had during our visit. Keep up the good work and we will return.
we went for lunch and the service was great and the food was even better!! Everything came out steaming hot and tasted great!
We were seated fairly quickly. Service at the beginning was good. We received food and never saw waiter again. We had to grab another server to refill our drinks. The food was very good and seemed good quality. After finishing my wife and I were both disappointed because we had to goto skyline to actually finish filling out bellies. We spent over 60$ here for it to not really be worth it. Prolly not gonna return.
