Grilled cheese and patty melt excellent. Chilli also v good. Nice place and good service.
I got the Bacon NY Burger and it was really good, saw them cook it completely fresh,
Always pleasant staff, amazingly good food, and always clean! I try something new EVERY TIME I go. Nothing has been a disappointment!

Note: not the first bad experience, I keep trying to give them several chances and they seem to fail me...I did a lunch pickup for someone else and it was not a good experience, She really needs to hire help atleast one more person,because she is running around waiting tables,cashing out customers, fixing food and taking orders? it's overwhelming to me just to watch I can imagine how she feels!! Great food,really needs to invest in HELP sooner than later!!!
I absolutely love this Bistro! While I've tried several menu items, my favorite entree to order is one of the grilled cheese sandwiches. The 16 Brix bread is always perfectly grilled and the cheese combinations are delicious. Today, I had the NY and Jalepeno cheddar. Sometimes, I'll sub the fresh, cut-to-order fries for the kettle chips. I also had the homemeade chicken and vegetable soup, served with a side of bread and butter. It was so flavorful and the ingredients were nice and chunky. It was a wonderful bowl of comfort. I was lucky today, another soup option isn't always available. However, tomato basil is offered everyday.
Isabella and Angel transformed a hectic Wednesday into something extraordinary. Cosie is a welcome oasis of calm and quality in a hectic and mass market world. We were immediately welcomed by soft guitar music, warm and inviting space and smiling and knowledgeable staff. My son asked for a blue cheese burger and I got the ham & cheese croissant. Yumtastic!!!
Prices are already higher than most but I prefer to support small businesses when I eat out. Second time my order has been disappointing. Please don’t slack off!
I absolutely love this bistro. Hands down the best turkey burger I’ve ever had. I like that the burger is made with fresh ground Turkey and not a frozen chub patty. And may I add that the grilled cheese(no matter which on you get) are exactly how a grilled cheese should be. The chef/ owner is friendly and always sticks a little something extra in my bag when I order.If you haven’t tried Cosi Bistro I highly recommend you do.
Delicious food! You need to have some time here. This is a relax and enjoy time spent with friends kind of place. The food is worth the wait!
