So we came to visit Core life in Ohio. We are visiting for work from Baltimore MD and when i tell you this was a great eat. The team working was amazing. They gave great suggestions, and my Man is extremely picky so being he loved his meal made it 100% better. It just goes to show great customer service really goes a long way.And one of the staff recommended this peanut sauce yes lord was amazing. We are going back one more time before I leave.
I love what this restaurant is supposed to be, but I have yet to have a complete experience here. I have been there 3 days in a row for dinner when they should be expecting an influx of customers...and not once did they have everything included in the meal that i ordered. Out of chicken the first 2 days, out of romaine, out of peppers, out of rice? and for some reason I get wildly different portions every time I come in. I love the meal I scrap together with whatever y'all have available, It would just be awesome if I didnt have to prepare myself to be let down every time I walk in. Pleaaaase.
This location has gone off the rails. While I experienced a nice individual, they were asking ME what should be in the bowl. Seriously? Only one individual was working this entire restaurant without the proper training. Additionally, they were out of: cranberries, walnuts, bacon, multiple dressings, and romaine.I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes soon.
The staff was unprofessional and rude. My salad wasn’t tossed like I asked the lady gave me a side of dressing and ignored my request. I repeated myself and got a eye roll. I think this staff need to be trained on professionalism and common curiosity
This place was terrible. My salad was supposed to have chicken for a large salad and the woman put 2 tiny pieces of chicken the size of a dime. Also it is overpriced, rude staff, no one was in there when i went and the stuff from the salad display was everywhere. Lettuce was dirty, also did i mention that this basic salad messed my stomach up for 2 days. Only thing decent about this place were the drink options. Everything else was terrible
The worst service I have ever experienced.The quinoa in my bowl wasn’t cooked and I went to the manager to exchange it or receive a refund. Manage refused to do either turned around and went to seat in another room. Oh yes, and also I got extra charge for tofu (but tofu was included in my bowl but I got extra 2,5$ for it).?Humiliated I left Hungary and 13$ lighter.We have been going to this location since they opened years ago. During COVID this location was closed for reconstruction and this was only the second time we came over since then. The second and last time.
went my first time yesterday got a bowl for my daughter a couple was arguing wit da worker bout there food dude threw his salad at da worker and walked out. dont know what da problem was but i got great service and they said sorry to me for havin to see dat. my daughter loved the food and she picky. felt bad for da workers dude was dead wrong for dat
Quality is great, staff is awesome. Only complaint- a price increase again? Don't bother with the sides- $4.50 is ridiculous.
Core life is amazing! The staff is very kind, accommodating and helpful. The bowls are delicious, healthy and customizing is made easy, highly recommend!
First time eating at CoreLife and it was so good!! Staff was very friendly and helpful in deciding what was a good option. Would recommend to anyone looking for a freildy yummy place!!!
