Seeing all the reviews of people complaining about wearing masks is a bit heartbreaking... The owner or even the staff could have issues where it could risk their well-being to be sick. We are still in a pandemic, people are still dying from Covid; wearing a piece of fabric on your face while you're ordering isn't a huge deal. The coffee and food is delicious :) I plan on bringing my friends!

Love the Mocha frappe. Now for those that have given a bad review because they require a face mask. Have you thought that maybe someone that works there may have an autoimmune disease and can't get the vaccine? But you guys are so inept that you can't think for yourself's and have to follow whatever Mr little hands feeds you.

First, let me state that I’ve visited this shop numerous times, and can tell you 100% that the Vibes are VERY off at this place. Especially on this day, Friday June 24th at 10:45am. The first thing that greets you, as you enter, is a gigantic sign that states face coverings are required to enter. Once you get past that, there’s no friendliness whatsoever. One barista said ‘Hey’ awkwardly and the other one questioned what I was doing, as I took the space in… she never offered to help me. Everywhere you look, there’s some overpriced, and/or hokey item for sale. The ingredients of the things they sell are processed and artificial. The baristas are unfriendly. The espresso is sub-par, as well.

WARNING: AS OF MAY 2022 NO INDOOR SITTING OR EATING. THEY HAVE A VERY SMALL BALCONY ON BACK THAT IS USUALLY FULL NOW THAT NO ONE CAN SIT INDOORS. THEY ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY SHOULD YOU TRY AND ENTER WITHOUT MASK. THIS OWNER MUST HAVE MONEY TO BURN AND THIS IS HER PET PROJECT AND MUST NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. VERY VERY DISGUSTED. I LOVED LOVED THIS PLACE AND STILL HAVE SOME OF THE VERY ECLECTIC THINGS I BOUGHT THERE ON BREAKFAST WITH MY DAUGHTER. SAD WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS ONCE COZY PLACE.

This isn’t the type of coffee shop that I typically enjoy. If my review were only based on that, I’d rate it a 3. But the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff far outweighed my amiss expectations of the coffee and atmosphere. The inside feels very much like a late 90s coffee shop (think Yellow springs, religious nature hippie, Zen N Now, or the show friends). The gift shop set up probably exacerbates that. The outside patio is also a nice touch. Not sure I understand the others downvoting because of the mask requirement. It is clearly denoted on their sign. Maybe someone who works there has an autoimmune disease and can’t get vaccinated, or is still at risk. The pandemic hasn’t ended. Cincinnati’s 7-day average is still double what it was during the initial lockdown at the time of this review. If you think it’s a business’s choice, then let this coffee shop make their choice.

The time for masking has come to an end, but not for this place. Very unfriendly atmosphere when met at the front door by several mask signs refusing you service unless you have one. No indoor dining, and the person at the front was rather rude and put us in our place for believing we could actually have lunch in there, after scolding us for being unmasked. Geez. Get a grip, take a look at the rest of the area. People are actually living and breathing fresh air! Never, ever will go back! My mother has gone here for years, and was looking forward to eating here since the pandemic is OVER. She said she will never patronize this place again.

Face mask required in Apr 2022, hours listed incorrectly.

So I love this place, however please know that with COVID you are not allowed to sit or eat here. Be prepared to not stay here. You can not eat or drink here. You may walk around shop, but eat no food or drink no coffee in this coffee shop/restaurant...

Great coffee, but come for much more than just that. They offer plenty of pastries and a wonderful gift shop with candies, soups, gifts, and more. Great place for stocking stuffers! But don't forget to grab some coffee while you're there.Parking lot located behind the building, free. They're are outdoor tables on the patio out back. Located near many other businesses.

Consistently one of the best coffee shops in Cincinnati. Super friendly staff, great drinks, a beautiful 20 something year old plant by the window. A warm and inviting place. Highly recommended locally owned coffeeshop.
