Only go for the classic nachos. Server was good, bit let us wait for a while for a refill. Very soft spoken, so it was kind of hard to hear. Other than the refill issue, food was good. They have come a long way since our last visit.
I could not pull my ribs off the bone. Would not recommend this place. Only thing keeping it alive is the name and egg rolls. Ownership needs to take responsibility for overall poor experience. Employees seem to try hard with limited resources. I love chili’s but this one needs major improvement.
Went here for lunch today on 3/18/22. The service was fast and for the most part nice and friendly and quick. The food was just average. But the real reason I am writing this review is the atmosphere. This is the most run down restaurant I have been to ever. They have booths marked off with tape for safety, our booth was falling apart and kept hitting me in the back of the leg. The ceiling was literally falling down. Speakers and equipment COVERED in dirt and dust. The bathrooms were beyond bad, soap dispensers hanging off of the walls, cracked and missing tile, toilet paper all over the floor, mirrors and paper towel holders vandalized, rust everywhere. It just made the entire stay unpleasant and we couldn’t wait to leave. I could never trust my food preparation when common areas look the way they do. I would not go back to this location unless they shut it down for a complete remodel.
Took us 40 mins to get our food after ordering. And when it came my friends order was wrong. The food was good however and the manager made up for the issues. Needs more choices for lent for people that don't like salmon and are allergic to shellfish.If not for the manager it would be 2 stars.
Ordered thru Doordash to my hotel. No issues. Fast service. I rarely eat steak but it was medium well and tender. Mashed potatoes were a plentiful serving. Broccoli not over seasoned. Food came in less than 40 min. Will order again when I stay in Mason again.
This is going to be a very honest review so prepare yourself. First and foremost our server Kayla was outstanding and very professional. The problems that followed are not a reflection on her abilities as they were in no way her fault. First and foremost the place is falling apart and it was filthy. It needs to be shut down and either renovated or just completely torn down. The floors and surfaces look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. This is probably a staffing issue but it needs to be resolved. Many surfaces had a layer of dust on them that has to have taken months to accumulate. Several booths were out of service because they are falling apart, parts of the ceiling are falling in, and the bathroom was a mess. The service appeared to be the best they could do with the staff they had. There just wasn’t enough people and many of them appeared to be brand-new and inexperienced. Again, not their fault as they were trying the best they could. We ended up with someone else’s bill and it took approximately 45 minutes to correct the issue so we could pay and leave. The food was not that good, except for the chicken strips because I absolutely would get those again.
I absolutely love Chill's. I get the same thing everytime I'm there. The three combination Fahjita, chicken, shrimp, and Steak. Also unsweetened Mango Iced Tea, and any ear of corn. Always good no matter which Chilli's I'm at.
Haven't eaten out in a long time due to Covid. But today my husband and I eat at This place. We had the Best waitress and the Host was Bad either. The Staff within it self was Great. Hot Food and tasty and Fresh?
This was my first time eating here and my experience was amazing thanks to my server Amy Sunday. She was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back
I like Chilis as a norm but this restaurant is over due for a face lift. The inside had a odor of fried food. The property was not very clean, the windows were gross. Food was very average as was the service. I walked around the outside going back to my car and the building is falling apart around the windows on the bar side and paint it peeling, very rough.
