food is good but the employees have a I don't care attitude! the manager Sarah didn't even want to address me as the customer because she rather be playin with the guy standing next to her. literally told the worker handling my issue I don't care!. mind you I'm missing over half my order because those 2(manager and Bryan) were too busy touching each other and kicking the food door closed! not only inconvenienced me but other patrons of this restaurant. I did not appreciate that level of disrespect. out of all the colerain restaurants I never would have thought the reputation Chick-fil-A has that they would ever treat their customers like they were at the bottom of the barrel fast food chain! they treat customers like that I will not be coming back at all. and writing about this experience in my food blog at my earliest convenience

My only gripe is the lines... 1st world problems.
Got exactly what I wanted.
Turning one lane into mobile orders only has really made going through the drive through at lunch or dinner time a big mess. Traffic backed up out to the street and sometimes all the way passed the traffic light. It’s a hassle even to make the turn into the place now. All to have a completely empty online lane? It’s become frustrating for what used to be such a fast and reliable drive through.
This location was a fantastic choice for a catering order! Tim and Natalie were incredibly helpful with the whole process and the food was DELICIOUS! Very friendly and fast service! Two thumbs up! ??
This is the best location. I drive 5 minutes further than my closest Chick Fil A to come here. Service is fast and friendly, and the sweet lady with the walker that assists with dine-in customers makes sure everything is perfect and you don't need anything.
The service was excellent. The front person was handling the pressure. The French fries were so hot and delicious. My grill chicken sandwich was delicious also.
Its amazing how quickly they get the lines of cars through the drive through. Everything was good, except my sandwich was wrong
Fast, friendly, flavorful.Just what you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A.Lol I think we scared the workers while we were waiting in line (or made them think we were impatient) because I did the "interrupting cow" joke to our kids and the loud "moo" sounded like "move" ? but they were actually really fast and did a great job.
This is a phenomenal location! Food is ALWAYS fresh, service fast, and all employees very hospitable. My wife and I went through the drive thru the other day and the order taker, Aaron, was totally awesome. He was friendly and made this experience so pleasant. I also love how they bring the order to my car at the window!
