Fast, fresh, and efficient despite having a very busy Saturday and a long line of customers!! Stacey was very friendly and hospitable and made sure I got some sauces and anything I needed. :-)

Great food and fast service.
Their website says curbside, but they don’t offer curbside anymore. I unfortunately found out the hard way. I didn’t pay close enough attention to the app selection and sat in my car for 20 minutes thinking they were busy (my mistake). I GUARANTEE I’M NOT THE FIRST PERSON WHO HAS DONE THIS! Even the manager couldn’t say that it hasn’t happened before b/c it has. Adding signage when you pull into the curb side spot would eliminate this inconvenience. The manager said they were too busy to bring out my food with limited staff. I had to bring two small children through the rain and into a crowded mall without masks (I didn’t have any b/c I didn’t think I was going inside anywhere). I’m not going back to Chick-fil-A, but filed a complaint to avoid it happening to anyone in the future.

Not my favorite chick fila, third time going and this location always forgets something, staff is not as friendly, the first time I went behind the counter there was a bunch of food on the floor, this time I get all the way home and the sprite syrup was out so I have seltzer water. I’m actually shocked because chick fil a locations usually have really good service
I'm so sick and tired of writing good reviews for chick'fil-a. Is there even a bad Chick'fil-a? I have never been to a bad Chick'fil-a. Seriously the best place in the food court (or the mall for that matter).
Good as always! This place is fast and systematic. Order comes quick and complete.
Charisma is so sweet and friendly taking orders at the counter. Always great chick nuggets and fresh fruit salad!!
