Stopped in the drive through since we were given a gift card recently. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the chicken sandwich and milkshake were delicious. I didn't care much for the waffle fries because they didn't seem fully cooked.
They were fairly busy which isn’t abnormal for any chick fil a I’ve been to. But this one took about 30 minutes to get through the line. We were also missing a couple things in our order. Overall it’s fine though. Food was great.
They are not the same place they used to be. Like even the food has become subpar? During the Covid time this was the best food and sickeningly efficient drive thru. But it was like some kinda bait and switch? The food taste smokey or something and the drive thru has become a nightmare. Past great performances make the low rating hard to justify,but i avoid going and don't suggest it to my family anymore. Because since they built the double drive thru it's gotten slower and slower. I know people have hiring issues,but i ordered online and went inside my last time and the place was overstaffed and moving slowly almost deliberately?
The food here is higher quality and very tasty but no more nutritious than the average fast food restaurant. Mostly all the entree selections have a high sodium content and many have a high fat content. The grilled chicken sandwich is probably the healthiest option. Prices are quite high here and you will pay 2-3x the cost of McDonald's, but the food is of a mostly higher quality. The sauces here, especially the signature sauce, are excellent, but on my last visit I wasn't given any. I recently tried the yogurt parfait and it was one of the best I've had, but at over $5.00 probably my last one here. The milkshakes are also very good but very high in sugar content like most milkshakes. This place gets extremely busy at dinner time so prepare to wait a long time for your food. Employees here are usually friendly and get the job done. Overall, a good place to eat occasionally when you want a chicken sandwich or a treat.
If there was an option for 4.5 stars, that's what I'll give them. Only reason why I won't give them a 5 star is cause of the fact they are so popular and busy, it takes a while to get your order in and receive your food. Other than that, they deserve every star and more!
They are the slowest. I’ve waited forty minutes when I had five cars in front of me. Currently just ordered and waited 15 minutes to get to the food window. Always so slow and they don’t see to do anything to make it better. Opening up the second lane, you’d think things would get better but it just took the line off the road.
We ordered through the drive thru. It was little bit chaotic.. the entrance isn't ideal for many cars. There are 2 lanes but only one person to take the order.Food is always good. But sometimes they forget some little stuff that comes with the order, such as spoon for the soup, napkins etc
Food was fine but the line to get it was really slow. Not sure what the hold up was as it wasn't explained. If other reviews comment on slow service through the drive thru then maybe it's not an uncomment event. Be prepared for a long wait during peak hours.
Let's just say, 5 days a week I alternate between the 3 incredible salads and that trusted spicy chicken deluxe baby!!
The chicken is always good.After 2 years I went inside for the first time and my fries looked terrible,were dry and cold. It's so not normal I had to say something. Oh the Mac and ? was amazing. Would have loved if my wife's fries weren't cold.
