I'm sad that this location has just gotten progressively worse and worse, and management just does nothing about it whatsoever. Last time I was in I waited 20 minutes for my pickup order, I wasn't even acknowledged until 5 minutes before it was handed to me, and people were passing me with their heads down. A man came to me, asked who I was and asked if I'd been notified about my side orders. They were out of every side dish beside fries. They could have let me know before I'd waited there for 15 minutes there were plenty of people there, about 3 were running around like chickens with their heads cut off and 3 more were behind the counter talking to each other, every once in a while attending to drive thru orders. I got home and everything was gross except 1 entree and they also didn't even include a few things I'd redeemed with points,which I thought I'd seen, as well as condiments and napkins, which I also thought I had seen. I couldn't have even grabbed them myself as there were still no self-service areas since Covid restrictions.Disappointing overall.

We ordered a mobile order and after sitting there waiting for almost an hour they finally asked what I was waiting on. They instantly starting working on our order and we’re very apologetic. They were super busy and apparently somebody took our order. Accidents happens, I was just slightly aggravated from waiting for so long. But they were super apologetic and extremely nice once they realized what happened.

Really disappointed in what this chick fil a has become. I was kid free tonight so I stopped in to dine in by myself and to pick up food for my husband when he gets home. I waited 28 minutes and still was not given my food. It looks like a bunch of kids are running it. They are yelling back and forth at each other throughout the restaurant. I finally went and asked to get a refund. Nobody knew how to do it. So I wanted for a “manager” to come out, and I use that term so loosely because she was impolite, and has asked me what was wrong with my food. I told her I never received it, she just asked for my card and said it will be back within 3 days. I would rather spend my money at the Milford or beechmont locations. Super disappointed. Do better management.

Extremely slow drive thru. Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes on a Wednesday evening and there is no way to exit the drive thru line once you are in it. I’ve never experienced such slow and poor service at a chick-fil-a.9

I would not waste your time going to this Chick-fil-A. Drive the extra 10 miles and go to the one in Milford. Eastgate’s had horrible customer service, orders are never right, food is cold and it take you 30 minutes in the drive thru and inside to even get your food. Jake, the boy who took our order was rude and over charged us. “It’s my pleasure” to Never put money in that store. #buyerbeware #eastgatechickfilasucks

A very busy location, but quick service. We dined in, and my eight year old was in charge of ordering and paying(with my supervision, of course). The cashier was very friendly and patient, I loved that! Clean environment, friendly employees .

I have been sitting and drive-through for 43 minutes and still 3 cars ahead of me.. They have the outside booths to man the drive through quicker but don't hardly ever use them. Great food but you're gonna have to wait over half an hour to get it.

Sadly as friendly as the service is and hot temperature of the food waiting 45 minutes in drive thru, 10 of those at the window for two 12 piece nuggets seems a bit excessive. The store didn't seem to be understaffed either. This is not the normal service I find from other locations.

Do not eat here. I asked for a chicken wrap without lettuce because the particular kind of lettuce that they use, is the big leafy kind of lettuce that when you bite into a sandwich or anything with a wrap all you get back is lettuce. But, I was told that they cannot take that off the rat. How does that sound? When you're making something you're telling me that you're forcing me to eat it when I don't want to eat it? No thank you.
