Unfortunately the service was sub par. The Manger said some out of pocket comments. Lucky yall have good food.

I was in the Oakley, Ohio Target when we evacuated for an active shooter situation and I, and many others, took shelter over three hours in the Oakley Chick-fil-A across the street. Considering this all went down from 12:45 to 4pm, during a busy time, the staff and management at Chick-fil-A were terrific. They were extremely concerned for our welfare and safety during this time. They continually checked on each and every one of those involved and offered us drinks and sandwiches. Their staff went above and beyond and I can’t say enough about them. I absolutely love Chich-fil-A and their food and this gives me one more reason why! Thank you Oakley Chick-fil-A! You made a traumatic situation easier.If I could give you 10 stars I would.
Slow drive-thru. Charges for salad dressings—no other CFA does this.

Best managed fast food joint during the pandemic! The drive thru is super efficient, the staff is friendly, The orders are always correct, and the food is always delicious.I can't speak any higher of this place! Good Job!
God's chicken joint. Hot, fresh, fast. Even though the drive thru line was long enough to give me flash backs to my days working in fast food. The spicy chicken deluxe was bomb. The peppermint milkshake was perfect. 10/10
Ok I love Chick-fil-Abut some of the staff are disrespectful and rude. I ordered a meal a grilled chicken sandwich plain bun with pepper jack cheese and a water but instead I received a spicy deluxe and a sprite and cold fries and when I told them about it they literally brought me a cold grilled chicken patty with nothing. At that point I got mad and asked for a refund because ain’t no way you mess up my order 2,3 times ??♂️smh
I've been to this location of Chick-fil-A many times and always had wonderful experiences, but this time was different. The line moved absurdly slowly, the people moved slowly, and the food wasn't very good. I am very disappointed.
You know it's bad when Chic Fil A has trash service...this location used to close at 10 pm. Now they close at 8. I understand it's tough right now. The new closing time is really early, considering my husband gets off work at 7:30 pm. But you do what you have to do in this time. So my husband pulled up at 7:50. He left immediately after work to pick up dinner. They forbade him from even pulling into the drive thru and they told him to leave. He said, "I thought your new hours were 8 pm?" They said yes, but that means all staff must be leaving by 8 pm, so no one was permitted to get in the drive thru. It's honestly ridiculous. Change your hours to 7:30 pm then. Pay your staff more money. I don't know what you need to do to fix this, but this is ridiculous. Stop turning people away during hours you are listed as OPEN.
