AMAZING baked goods and staff. I have lots of severe allergies most bakeries are not safe for me. But Cherbourg is incredible and I can eat everything there without having to worry.
I am grateful to have this delicious option for gluten free sweet treats. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Favorites so far are the iced sugar cookies and cinnamon rolls.
My friend and I were thrilled when we found that there was a bakery that was completely gluten-free, perfect since she’s allergic. The food is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced, and the interior of the building is very cute. We were a little nervous when we arrived and realized it was a historical building with steps and a narrow door (my friend is a wheelchair user), but when the employees saw her outside they let us know that they had a back entrance that was wheelchair accessible and were very helpful in unlocking the gate and holding the doors open for her. It was overall a very pleasant experience and we look forward to returning!
We found this bakery on the FindMeGlutenFree app and it was worth the stop! Parking in front is limited downtown parallel street parking. There were moderately busy on a Sunday morning but it just took about fifteen minutes with ten people in line.Even though there are no obvious signs of the allergen safety on the door or inside, they are completely gluten free facility! They are prepping right behind the service line where you can see. There were a lot of delicious looking choices!The treats were all flavorful and had great texture! From the recommendation of the line server, I tried the lemon bar, cinnamon sugar donut bites, blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll.
Wonderful place! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Obviously, everything is gluten free, but they had two or three gluten free and dairy free options as well, which were delicious.
Delightful little bakery serving Gluten Free, Nut Free and Dye Free goodies. Nice atmosphere and it was a treat eating from their cute little saucers.
Some of the best baked goods ive had period, and they’re gluten free! We had the pumpkin donut and the berry/chocolate chip muffin. Amazing flavors, could not recommend more. And the service was fantastic
This is not only one of the best gluten free bakeries I have eaten at, but one of the few gluten free bakeries I would regularly go to even if I were not accompanying someone with celiac disease. I have suffered through close to a hundred different gluten free bakeries with my travel companion, who has celiac disease. I actually thoroughly enjoyed eating at this one. I had the blueberry monster muffin and the strata, and my friend had the olive oil mini loaf, cinnamon donut, chocolate chip cookie, sugar cookie, and shakshuka. Everything was delicious. The texture was perfect (not just "pretty good for gluten free") and the flavor was great. If I did not know it was gluten free I would not have been able to tell from the taste or texture. Really wonderful place with extra kind people working there. We will definitely be returning.
The strata was insanely good. Super friendly staff. All of the baked were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Cincinnati!
