Antonio or Leon as we called him was excellent. He catered every need an whim at the drop of a hat. He answered every question no matter how annoying. Even showed my 9yr old some attention. She was feeling down an him smiling an talking to her made her day. Something simple as answering her questions an not shushing her was all that mattered at that time. Will definitely be going back as long as 'Leon is there
I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at Cheddar's. Their food is hands down incredible. The chicken strips truly do taste hand breaded fresh when you order them. I don't know how they do it. Then to top it off, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Cheddar's. Oh I almost forgot to say, don't even get me started with their desserts. Sinful!
Ate here several years ago when it first opened. Was not impressed with the quality of food.I received a gift card so my husband and I decided to give it a try again. The croissants are actually quite delicious but the rest of the food which was a spinach dip as an appetizer and a burger for the main meal were mediocre at best. Still have a little bit of money on the gift card but I seriously doubt we would come back for this food.A burger at Outback or LongHorn steak much, much better than here
First time going and my experience was okay because of my family and the waitress. I ordered the New Orleans pasta which was cold would've been half decent if was hot. The house salad was delicious along side them honey butter croissant. I know everything in the kitchen isn't made fresh and I understand,but at least make an effort like it is. My family enjoyed their food even though it was cold. It's just a place I can't see myself going back to. I only gave it a three star rating because our waitress was doing her job well.
If you enjoy salty salads, unseasoned chicken tenders, and margaritas with no alcohol, this is your place! I feel like with different management this place could be much better. Server needed more training; didn’t tell us his name, forgot 2 sides for combo meals, didn’t check tables, had to be asked to take our empty plates, forgot to get my syrupy marg from the bar, etc.. Salads had enough yolks for 3 eggs with only 1 eggs worth of whites and tasted like a whole salt lick ? I would have asked for management to comp half the meal if I had felt like waiting on them to come. And it wasn’t even busy during the time that I went… Extremely disappointing.
Just stopped in for a quick lunch, a bowl of really, really good potato soup and a glass of tea. Service was prompt, and seree was friendly and helpful. I like this place a lot, just haven't been there very often since the start of the pandemic.
I am not one that typically leaves bad reviews, only good reviews, but I’m very disappointed. After loving going here for years we had a bad experience. Did the surgery to ask someone to reach out to us and go zero response. We ordered the lemon peppered chicken and got the fish instead…among other things wrong with our order. We did to go, since we live 30mins away from there after moving a couple months ago…I won’t be doing that again.
Server was great. Food was decent. There are items that a very good (pot pie,chicken tenders, salmon salad,croissants), but most others are lack luster (tilapia, steak,blackened salmon is not blackened, spinach dip). I will go again.
Not happy!Placed a order for cheese bacon mashed potatoes, staff stated that's loaded potatoes. Where is the bacon and cheese?Staff has poor listening skills, stop talking while I'm trying to order what I want, maybe if you listen I will get what I'm paying for !!!!!!!
I just love em...good food good prices the portions are big even the appetizers! This was appetizer spinach dip Maui drink and my main was half rack ribs rice broccoli with cheese and mash taters not in picture...everything was good service my waitress was nice prompt and attentive
