One of my favorite Thai restaurant in Cincinnati. The atmosphere are so nice, very beautiful decoration. The food are really good. I highly recommend boat noodle, very authentic taste. Large serving size and very reasonable price.
We were in the area and did a Google maps search for something local and found Chao Phraya - and what a pleasant surprise! We love trying new Thai places anyway, so we went for it. We were the first customers for dinner tonight it seemed, were greeted and seated promptly, and immediately were greeted again by our friendly waitress.We ordered crab Rangoon and chicken satay for appetizers, both of which came out quickly and were delicious! Loved their peanut sauce for the chicken! While we were enjoying them, our waitress surprised us each with a bowl of chicken and rice soup, on the house! Also delish!When we got our appetizers, we when ahead and ordered our entrees - sweet and sour chicken stir fry (which my wife made some substitutions on some of the veggies that they gladly accommodated) with white rice, and chicken pad Thai, medium spice level for myself.Again, the food came out quickly, was presented gorgeously, and was plenty hot. The stir fry in particular looked as good as it tasted! Everything was cooked perfectly, and our waitress made sure our water glasses were always filled and everything was to our satisfaction.With tip, we spent about $50 for the 2 of us, which is on par with other Thai restaurants in the area that we frequent.We've passed by this location multiple times over the years and never noticed this place. It's in an older strip mall where there says a few other restaurants. So we're glad we googled and found it! The dining room was clean and bright and tables nicely prepared. Great place for either a date night or to bring the family.We both agreed that this is one of our new favorites for Thai in the West Chester area... Probably in the top 2. The food was wonderful and reasonably priced, and you can't beat the service. We will definitely be visiting more often!
We just discovered Chao Phraya. Great food, friendly service. So happy to have a great Thai place close to home. We highly recommend it!
I've had a lot of Pad Se Ewe and Pad Thai from a few different restaurants, but ChaoPhraya has got to be my favorite. The noodles were so fresh and the protein was cooked just right. Also got the calamari for the appetizer and the amount of crisp in the breading to the tenderness of the squid were a perfect ratio. For dessert we got the sticky rice with mango. The sweetness of the rice with the slight tanginess of the mango complimented each other perfectly. Definitely recommend this place.
I really enjoyed eating here. This was by far the nicest looking thai restaurant that I have visited. I got the panang curry, and though the recipe was different than what I am used to (mainly in the veggies used) I found it to be quite delicious. The only weird thing about the experience is that my wife and I were the only ones there at 7 on a Friday night. I will definitely eat here again and I think everyone else should as well.
The food is just perfect and delicious. The staff is so nice and courteous, takes care of specific requirements if any related to spice level, veggies etc. All the curries are awesome and so are the noodle and rice varieties. I would definitely recommend their starter rice miso soup? A must go place for sure! It’s a BYOB place ?
The restaurant is beautiful. Most of all, the food is great. It's been 6 years of wanting and hunting for a great Thairestaurant , since moving back up from Tennessee. This surpasses anything I could hope for. The people there are friendly and want to make sure you are happy. My highest recommendation.
Simply the best Asian cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Authenticity is there specialty and attention to detail which in turn makes for an unbeatable experience. Lots of choices and I haven’t had a dish I dislike. AMAZING! An absolute Jem!!!!!!!!
