I was at this restaurant back when it first opened. We had pretty horrible service then. The waiter spilled our drinks all over us after the manager forced the waiter to use a tray to transport drinks. We went home and came back and he only comped us for the cheapest meal on the bill. Service was very poor and they rarely checked up on us then. My wife went there with her mother and service was very terrible. The waitress only took orders and gave the food never came back to check up on them for refills on drinks. They were more interested in their phones than serving customers. You have now permanently lost eight potential customers that do not plan on ever returning to this location ever again. I hope you're happy
Great little place. We got the pulled pork nachos to start which were very good. Steak, soup, salads and pork chops were our main course. Everything was good but the potato soup was thick with very very little potatoes, I used it up jazz up the pork chops a little which was delicious. The pork chops were cooked perfectly as well, nice and juicy. Very good overall. All the servers were extremely sweet. Will def be back.
Heads-up: We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The mozzarella sticks came out quickly but were still frozen inside! We flagged down another server to return our mozzarella sticks. A woman approached our table (did not introduce herself (maybe a manager??). She asked us: "Would you like a different kind of mozzarella stick?" I said, "Yes. A fully cooked one. These are still frozen inside." She shook her head(no) and said "I touched them and they were cooked." I suggested that she take a bite of one. Mystery woman said, "I won't do that, but will get you a new order. " Besides this weird interaction with the mystery woman, maybe manager and still frozen mozzarella sticks, our meal was fine. Mary, our server, was great! We had an overall good experience and the food--besides the still frozen mozarella sticks- was tasty!
Had a windy time with my family on Valentine’s Day. Our waiter, Brian did an excellent job waiting on the five of us. Delicious food and not over crowded.I love the layout of this restaurant.
Pretzel bites
Good food and good vibes. A local version of Applebees Sports Bar. Hard to get into because it seems to be the "only game in town" for this part of Clermont.
Had lunch at Butterbees yesterday. The grilled tilapia, baked potato, and house salad. A cold Mt. Carmel Ale to wash it down. Our waitress was Mary I believe. She was super friendly and the food was very good. I really like the variety on the menu also. Enjoyable lunch for sure.
Good food and good drinks that are a good price. The staff were very nice and the food didn't take long to make. We will definitely come back.
I had a terrible experience here with my daughter. My pork chops came out raw and my daughter requested breaded chicken in her wrap instead of grilled. Her wrap came with grilled chicken, and we informed the waitress of both of the issues when she returned to the table. She took our food to have it fixed, and a manager brought it back out to us. At this point, he asked to cut into my pork to see if it was done, I did so and replied with "I think it is done" and his response was "Oh, it's done." To me that was just completely rude, not to mention they never even offered to take anything off the bill for the inconvenience! I have been to several Butterbees and have always had a pleasant experience! This place was terrible with their food service and customer service. Needless to say, we will not be returning! Butterbee's in Beachmont needs some work!
Everyone, everything was a amazing. Brian is an excellent person & server. His trainee was also great. Thank you for everything! Best potato soup ever!
