There was a hair in our fries. The cashier, couldn't give us a receipt and got the order wrong. They were hosting a staff meeting directly behind us that was to loud. The food was so dry it could have started a fire with how hot it was today. Would never go again. The place next door had better service!
Poor service. My family came in when the store was empty (one other party). The team member that took our order was not friendly and for our order completely wrong. It took our food over 35 minutes, we received cold food and our order was wrong. The manager was nice and worked to fix our order but brought back the items made incorrectly.
The black bean quinoa burger is pretty good as are the regular. The chicken strips are overlooked because it's a burger place but they are pretty good and the sauces are more unique like ghost pepper honey and smokey bacon ranch. If you have never been to a burger Fi and are nearby I do recommend it
Usually my family and I have a great experience here. This last time not so much. The lady that took our order appeared to be under the influence of something. She couldn't get our order right, she ended up over charging us by $25. Order completely wrong. Someone had to come and hand write the order. There were only 4 of us and 2 of us ordered the exact same thing.The staff was moving at a snails pace. No urgency whatsoever.I'd hate to see this place go under but if things don't change, I don't see it lasting much longer.Please improve because we really do enjoy the food!
Don't get anything from burgerfi freedomway!!! We walked in last night the cashier was so drunk she could barely ring in my truffle fries. After that ordeal,the young women in the back were so loud I could barely hear myself ?.Once I waited for 45 mins, the drunk cashier with the pink hair decided its time for my food.I get home after paying 37 bucks it's hard cold an disappointing ? Should have stayed closed. The banks deserve better than this trash of establishment.
Complete garbage me and My Dad went here their was just the gameday specils my dad doesn't like veggies couldn't get them off burger was cold dry and awful Fries were desent so disspointed
Customer service is terrible, the wait was 20 minutes for 2 burger and 2 fries when it wasn’t busy on a weekday, and when we finally got out order we had asked for ketchup (the ketchup pump didn’t work) the guy never came back and I had to go back up there and ask for it again. Manager of the place kept cussing and being inappropriate. The cashier even refused to modify the food (take sauce off burgers, etc.) which is odd considering everything should be made fresh, right? We initially were going to go to Joella’s Chicken, but was unfortunately closed, so we decided to give this place another go. Sure wish Joella’s was open.
Food was great, but it was the staff that really shined.We had a group of nine with multiple kids. Our dinner plan fell through at another restaurant up the street. As we walked down Freedom Way (with kids loudly complaining about being hungry), we decided to try BurgerFi.Multiple people wanted chicken tenders but BurgerFi ran out. A quick-thinking employee (I believe her name was Lauren) offered to slice a chicken patty into strips to make it look like tenders. They loved it!
Burger was decent, but not worth the money. My daughter's kids grilled cheese was basic, the only decent thing is they cut the crust off. That was cool. I had a burger, it was good, but not worth the money. The staff was a let down, they seemed more interested in eating their fries behind the counter then actually working. They close at 7:00, which I can understand because I'm sure that they are short staffed like everyone else. The garbage cans were not emptied, so I was unable to throw out our trash. The staff just seemed not to care too much. Not a good dinner.
Middle of a huge rush (waited 30 minutes), watched an employee literally sit up front on his phone texting and laughing for twenty of it. Also distracting the cashiers. The cashiers were also very rude and yelled at customers numerous times. Disappointing because food was so good.
