The Thai Spicy wings, my new favorite. The service was shacky. The waitress ,was really giving a lot of attitude, because patrons where asking, questions on time for food. But the food was cooked perfect. Enjoy.
BW-3's is an institution I have depended on since college. I ordered wings in advance picked them up still hot. They are still the first and best wing place for me. The garlic parmesan wings were excellent. Thumbs High. ?
So when you think of Buffalo Wild Wings you probably don't think salads.... Well if not you are missing out! Their Cobb salad is amazing!! So fresh and tasty. Also big. It has eggs, shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles and Buffalo seasoning sprinkled on top.
Always check your bag when you order pick-up. I ordered about 8 different items and they left off 2. I found out when I got home and checked the boxes to the receipt. The woman who answered the phone was nice and offered either a credit or a replacement. It was nice but I rather Right the First Time instead of driving back to the restaurant and missing out on the FCC game.
If I could give zero stars I would. First, because you seat yourself at this location or as the hostess told us, It took merely 15 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. Secondly, when taking the drink order, we were never informed that the strawberry lemonade wasn't refillable. Third, when ordering and asking questions about the menu, the waitress kept saying "I don't know", when asked if she could find out, her response was, "it should be fine" only it wasn't fine because I ordered the house sampler but couldn't actually get this entree because they ran out of onion rings and couldn't sub fries.. when the manager came over to the table (she looked to be no older than 12 years old) she couldn't explain to me why she couldn't sub the fries, just that, "we can't do that". After ordering a salad ave asking for a refill was when I was told there were no refills on strawberry lemonade. Customer service was terrible Salad was mediocre, effective communication is non existence...who runs this place???
Places an online order and they said the order will be ready by 7pm. Got my food at 7:41pm. Employee was rude at best. The manager didn't seem to care.After half an hour wait. I walked up to the counter and was told "the best I can do is whatever they give me" ... I didn't even get to ask where my food is.
Our server, Ashlynn was amazing. This person ran her butt off the entire time we were there. She took orders, served drinks, food, bussed her own tables and took care of the entire one side of the restaurant single-handedly. The whole time, never missed a beat. She Was friendly, attentive, prompt and incredibly good at what she does. The place was clearly short staffed as there were signs that they are hiring all over. It wasn’t fair that this server didn’t have help. Ashlynn should be commended for her wonderful dedication.
Great experience! Our server Joy, was a true Joy to be around, and provided excellent service. Always a delicious eat, if you're looking for recommendations, my husband and I love the Street Tacos and Mozzarella Sticks for appetizers. Thursdays are buy one get one free boneless wings, and they were delicious, just light on any sauces. Will definitely be going back.
Went Glendale Milford Road Cincinnati location. Waitress was very attentive. Food came out quick & hot & just right. I had the fish filet & tots which was excellent. Friend had a double cheeseburger & fries which he said was very good.
One server handling a big section of full tables. As I looked around, and from our own experience, no one was sat waiting for anything drinks/good. She was very good !Thank you for great service, and food !
