The hostess told us that she did not have any booths available. As she was walking us to a high top there were 3 clean and empty booths nearby. We started walking out and told her why, she got an attitude and tried to argue with us, we left. I did not catch her name but she was a red headed female. I am not sure why she lied or was rude…..
I order takeout and it is hit and miss if I will get what I ordered. Recently I order sauce on the side and the kitchen went ahead and put sauce on the wings. I also ordered 2 carrots and celery only got 1. They did replace the wings immediately. Also it's rare I get napkins and wet naps. With a .99 fee for take out this needs to be addressed.
I've been eating at this Bdubs for several years, and the quality of food and service has been good... until tonight. I picked up wings and fried cheese curds with caramel sauce for carryout, and drove home. The caramel sauce was actually some kind of Buffalo sauce, and the wings were too dry to eat. When I called to report my dissatisfaction, I was told they don't issue refunds or credits over the phone. If I would return the uneaten food, they would replace it. When I said I didn't want to make the 45 minute round trip, they said I could return the food tomorrow. In other words, "We don't believe you." I doubt that I'll be visiting this Bdubs again any time soon. Kitchen mistakes are excusable, but bad customer service is not.
This restaurant used to be the best place for wings. They are now the worse restaurant ever. Wings only come two ways now hard/over cooked or undercooked. Customer service is bad no one knows how to communicate at all. I don’t ever recommend dine or take out!
After first visiting Ouaker State and finding out about some very unrealistic prices we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and watched the game. Food was very good and definitely will return in the near future.
I ordered wings 24 hours in advance and set a time of 4:00 pm to pick up. When arriving to pick up my order I was informed it would be another 3 hours until my order i complete. I don’t know what it is. Every time I order from this location in general my order is consistently late or wrong. Stay away from this location at all costs. It seems that it is ran poorly from multiple experiences.
Our waitress was terrific and our food was really good. It took a long time for our food to come out, but the place was really busy so we were fine with that.
The employee that took my carry out order was awesome; friendly and professional. the restaurant was clean and inviting. The food was delicious and make like I requested You can tell this location has a great management team and great employees. I will definitely be back.
This Buffalo Wild Wings has the best service and wings I’ve experienced at any location. There are closer locations for me but I drive to this one because the order is always right and staff is always friendly. Even during a wing shortage they had the absolute largest wings I have ever seen. Can’t beat the BOGO deals either. Thank you!
Was not happy with quality of food, told server and it was not corrected or replaced. Wings are now buy one get one half off....Freezing cold inside restaurant, no heat or wasnt on.Social distancing could have been better. They like to stick everyone in same area...too close. Wings ok, but can't get all flats at this location, bummer. you can go to Kenwood or Clifton location for this. Other locations are more accommodating.
