We went for last minute food, I didn't realize they have many choices on the menu to choose from. Customer service was great as well. I will be going back.
Utterly incompetent. Roughly four of the past five take out orders I've placed have had some sort of error, but this last one takes the cake. I ordered my usual chicken wrap with a side of chips and salsa. Instead, I got an order of pretzel bites and a giant box of stale, cold fries. If you really want BWW, go to any other one but this one.
Jess L. was our server and she was very friendly and personable! Our drinks were made by Jeff and were amazing, highly recommend the pineapple mojito! Food was great, I love the cauliflower wings, so good!
Short staffed. Our waiter was very good but had a lot of tables. I think the problem was in the kitchen because pretty much all of our orders were wrong. And I know our waiter wrote them down correctly and repeated them back. He was very apologetic about the wait and mishaps. Never had issues before today though so I think they were stretched thin.
Had a great server (Kris I think) but the manager Cody was extremely unprofessional and I overheard him telling another table not to tip her. I could not believe what I was hearing, he should be fired for trying to keep his employees from making money. Insane.
i’m sitting here in this restaurant this second and my wings are cold and so are my fries after i waited for 45 min for my seat and an hour for my food. definitely wouldn’t recommend coming after dinner rush or in general.
The best place! The food is amazing and the manager is AWESOME. They messed up our order by not putting the sauce on our wings but only gave us sides of sauce. We called to get our order right and not only did they make it right, they also gave us more extra sauce and a $25 gift card. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Obviously short staffed and service while okay was very slow. Restaurant was only maybe 1/3 full and it took forever to get food out and it came in stages bot all at once. Manager needs to do a better job. Don't seat what you can't maintain!
