Someone at this location should give the bartender with the mohawk the attention he so desperately craves, so the rest of us don’t have to suffer through his cringe attempts to gain validation from his geriatric “Let’s Go Brandon” fan club via “priests molesting little boys” jokes. I understand this is partially a bar and not like a “classy place,” but it’s 9pm on a Tuesday…Also unrelated, but the food was truly terrible.
Don't go to the11363 Montgomery Rd location at lunch time. Got there at 12, was sat and ordered immediately (traditional wings, chicken fingers and wedges). 40 minutes later the server said they were backed up and that the food would be out shortly. We left at 1 without our food, or seeing our server again. If you want wings during lunch time, go to Blue Ash, they are able to get you in and out with much better service.
My Wife birthday was today I know they give a free 6 wings for the birthday person.! the Manager says that a coupon would pop up on the BWW app so we go and download the app and nothing pops up she basically goes on to say it wasn’t nothing she can do because it’s no proof that we havent reedeem it Already I was so confused .! Last year my wife would just showed her I.d and that’s was proof.! We had just downloaded the app sitting there .! So We had just left and went to chilis across the street
I love this place even though my food wasn't right the last time but I can make mistakes and no one is perfectJust keep positive and always smile ?

The food was good except they are leas organized. The floor was wet, none at the pickup side, and nobody said please wait a little bit.
We are regular customer of bww. But since last two times , I am getting very dry wings. There was literally no sause in it(Thai curry six pieces) therefore I was compelled to review it .We ordered through DDash order ID 1020046 on 19 dec & pickup was around 9:28pm by Jojo. Rest of the things was ok But Very disappointed with the wings, which are best sellers of this food chain, that TOO for 2nd time.
This is a horrible establishment we used to come here all the time but now that there is a new manager( Becca) I don’t think that we will be back I ordered a carrier out order and the lady who took my order only put down 15 wings but I needed 50 and when I went to go pick it up they only made the 15 even though I needed the 50 and she even read it back to me on the phone and told me it was 50 so then I kindly asked her to see if she would make the 35 wings that I was missing but she did not and she was very rude Becca the manager did nothing to help me I needed to feed the guest that I invited I work in a restaurant establishment as well and we always bend backwards to help our customers but she did not instead she was very rude! she does not deserve to be in the position that she is in they need to replace her asap !!! A manager is supposed to help the customers and make sure that the restaurant runs smoothly but she did not.
Cedric our waiter was great! He was very delightful and everytime he came to check on us he wore a smile. The food was also good but Cedric really made our whole dining experience. Cheers to Cedric! This man needs some recognition.
Our server was Shawnese and service was excellent. Women’s room even has a heater. Can’t as for more! First time here with my family since we just moved to the area, we’ll definitely be back!
