Cincinnati burger week. Westside establishment I had never been too. Burger was ok, think a little too much pico. But waitress was awesome.
Servers were very attentive! Food was delicious! Drinks were awesome!
It wasn't too busy when we got there. The food came out quick and it was delicious! Awesome server.
Been here about 4 times now and have had excellent food and service every time!
I enjoyed my experience and the service. The bucket of fries hit the spot. I was not a fan of the burger, however, I will return to try something else.

Service was good, but the food was horrible. I'll assume it was just a bad night for the team and try them again. But the steak fajita salad was HORRIBLE. (I know, it's a salad. There aren't many components.)
We will never be back again. I would go through a drive through before spending one dollar at this restaurant. The ignorant waiter we experienced should be working a drive up window at a fast food restaurant. He was extremely rude to myself and family...after having drinks we left without even ordering food. We have been frequenting this restaurant for years...never again...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....
I have been a patron of Bucketheads for over 10 years to watch a game or grab a quick bite to eat with my kids. 2 times in a row the bartender, Ellie, has been extremely rude to myself or others. There were 4 of us (2 couples) who stopped in for a glass of wine/cocktail after dinner. We were there less than an hour. We were sitting at a table (not the bar), and had not spoken to or engaged with the bartender behind the bar. Our server was very sweet. We were served drinks and immediately upon receiving them and the bill together, lights were turned on and we were told they were closed and time to leave. The bartender began LOUDLY making rude comments to us, and about us to the other staff, at which point I asked for the owners name and hers as well. She didn't seem to care and let me know he wouldn't as well. I called the owner, Tom, the next morning to let him know about the way his closing bartender treats his paying customers, as I have now witnessed this twice. Tom didn't seem to care in the least. Clearly the staff and owner alike think rude behavior to customers is acceptable. I will not be returning.
Sante fe chicken sandwich and waffle fries not worth 13.50.... more like 7.50.Maybe 10 max.
