Every time I come here our order is messed up. The man that took my order took not only mine, but multiple others at the same time. I told him what I wanted three times. Got home and my food was wrong. They used to make one order at a time and the food was always right. Now they take multiple different orders at one time. I don’t understand how this process makes sense. I give Bruggers a shot every couple months, but now I’m done. It’s been the same process and mistakes for over a year.

I've loved this location for years but my last several sandwiches have just been plain bad. it's looks like a sandwich that would be put together at a mcdonalds at 2am, half the mayonnaise is on the wrapper, the lettuce looks old and tastes like its covered in pesticide or something. they can't even bother to cut the bagel fully in half. I keep hoping for a good sandwich but i'm about ready to give up.

Doors locked 20 minutes until closed.

Just got home from this location in Madeira. Before I get negative, I do want to say that I am not someone who walks into local businesses during a pandemic and doesn't think about and appreciate the people working there. That said, if you chose to work at a customer service based business, pandemic or not, you best be respectful to folks. So, I was observing the man who would eventually take my order, because his tone towards others was literally saying, "I don't want to be here, give me your order." When I began my order, I said hello and asked for a bagel I saw on the website. He rudely told me they don't have that here and then proceeded to turn towards the bagels and do a slight wave of his arm as if he were a Price is Right model to show me the display in a smart a** manner what bagels they did have. Each time he asked what I wanted next, his tone was the same...didn't want to be there, hurry up. Sorry, am I waiting for food in a prison? BTW, it wasn't crowded and even if they are shorthanded, again, YOU chose to walk into a business as an adult and work there. Act professionally. Also, pull your pants up so they're not sagging below your arse. Have some pride and respect for the business that is paying you. I'm more than happy to share more details about the person with the owner outside of this platform, because if I got more descriptive on here it'll come off wrong without proper context.

Negative vibes around whether I ordered one hash brown or two. Staff seems generally frustrated with me. 5 stars to reverse vibes for this morning crew.Update: Bruegger’s corporate cares as much as the employees that helped me at the point of purchase; they reached out and were great! Please remember that the peak time work crew that is serving your bagel are stressed. God bless them for being the ones that show up and put in an honest day of work. Appreciate you Bruegger’s. #bagels

Awesome people awesome Bagels

They get worse by the day they need to revamp this whole location they need be staff definitely got 5 employees in the store no customers and still don't have bagels this early in the morning

Went in and ordered 2 of the new Western Brisket sandwiches at lunch. Great food and friendly staff, Emma their manager is great. Had one with Asiago bagel like it comes, and one with an Everything Bagel - even better! Highly recommend both.

Today I was greeted by your staff (who were standing around doing nothing) by them tapping on their masks. I asked if they could provide a mask as I did not have one at the moment due to 90% of businesses in our area not requiring them anymore. They explained they did not have a mask to provide and would not take my order, per corporate. When does the control stop? When will you realize that your asking me for my hard earned dollar in exchange for a product or a service? Since you denied me service, I am denying you of any future business and I hope others will see this and join in. Customer service still counts.

Very rude and unpleasant staff.
