Went to pick up and order that was placed online, they first things is they automatically started up with excuses lied and said they'll make it and nothing so I walk out the store wait 10 mins go back in and order still not ready but they have serviced customers that came I'm after the fact and all the young ladies was standing around and giggling and playing but definitely not doing their jobs. This is from a lack of adult presence and having young adult working with no work ethic. This place really needed to reevaluate who they employ to work here this location is just getting worse by the second
The lady who helped me was very nice and courteous. Also extremely prompt, considering she had numerous customers and duties to fulfill, and no one else to help her.This was my first time and I will definitely back again and again, And again!
Okay I get it people,your too in a hurry,or your too tired,or ya just don't wanna get off the couch.Stop relying on door dash,or delivery to get your order correct especially when it's got a bunch of subs or changes to it.I truly like this location, because when I WALK IN and place my order for the #10 it's correct and delicious. Gosh what ever happened to human to human contact.
As others have noted, the staff is nice and all but none of the 3 things we ordered were correct. We were served 2 egg breakfast sandwiches sans egg and instead of smoked salmon cream cheese we got a bagel with tuna salad. The whole setup is really inefficient leading to most of these errors. Instead of each employee having 1 or 2 tasks like at subway or Chipotle everyone kind of does their own thing until they get to the register. All the employees just move back and forth in a jumbled mess. In any case, bruegger's is an expensive place for breakfast and I wouldn't even pay McDonald's prices to have my order butchered like this.Edit: Changed from 2 stars to 1 star because in addition to everything above, after checking the receipt we also realized we were erroneously charged for 2 eggs on one of the breakfast sandwiches. Ordering 2 eggs, paying for 3 and receiving 0 eggs is definitely 1 star.
Do not go to this location for your experience of Brueggers Bagels. Go to the one in Blue Ash. The bagels at this location were awful. My order was not made properly, the bagel was cold and hard. Just nasty overall. If you want a good DELICIOUS Brueggers bagel go to the one in Blue Ash. The staff was kind at this location they just don’t know how to make a bagel.
We used to love this Bruegger’s. Something has happened…just not the same place. Inside feels dirty and your order is just not followed. Looking at the other reviews…i seem to not be alone. Just sad. Hope our neighborhood bagels returns soon.
Placed a to go order and all of my bagels were cooked way too long. I like my bagels soft not crunchy. I'll stick with the clifton location.
waited in line for half an hour to order 3 bagels (2 plain and 1 blueberry)... they all had burnt seeds on the bottom, so they were inedible. please clean your equipment more often!

As a manager of a neighboring business, This is totally unacceptable from employees or management to just throw their trash out like that.Loose food, eggshells, bagels and such all over the walkway of fellow patrons. Even if trash didnt get picked up there is no excuse for it to look like that. it reflects on your business. Employees and management should have picked that up.The owner needs to be aware of what HIS business looks like. boxes could've been broken down to save space and bags tied closed to prevent it from coming out all over the sidewalk..Last of responsibility and good work ethics on everyone.What ever happened to having respect for your job???
