I can't believe I've never reviewed Bruegger's Bagels before! I started coming here a decade ago when on my way to work near Lunken Airport to pick up a bagel and coffee. Recently I've been coming here a lot while undergoing my yoga teacher training at the nearby Embra Studio. The people working here are phenomenal. They are always smiling and are super friendly. I love going in, but the photo I included in this review is from the drive thru, where I had to go the day of the Flying Pig, since there were tons of people around and they were understaffed and locked the door. Si, who was working the drive thru, said he was so happy I came back after he saw me walk up and try the door. He asked for my name and mentioned how much they appreciate my business. The next time I came in this past Saturday, Si was there again and jokingly said they'd left the door open just for me. I love the people who work here so much!I should mention that the bagels are always fresh, they have many varieties to choose from, and there are bagel sandwiches and an array of coffees and hot/cold teas to choose from. I only wish they'd consider adding a vegetarian/vegan-friendly sandwich to the menu. I'd spend double the money here if they did.I appreciate this location and its employees so much. I'll support Bruegger's Bagels for years to come, especially if I start teaching yoga nearby.
Great bagel sandwich! I had the bacon avocado bagel sandwich with egg instead of egg white and it actually filled me up and kept me going through a very long physical event. Great price too! The staff was very friendly and nice, and the store was very clean and tidy. I recommend these bagels!
Why is your drivethrough staff asking customers to leave tips while they've got their card?A tip for what? Handing customers their order?Love the company, won't be back at this location. Being guilted for now tipping someone literally doing their job. No thanks.
Thanksgiving morning and they a large selection to choose from! Exactly what you need for a last minute breakfast pick me up for the family. Honestly, this location has the best bagels and staff compared to the other locations in the city. The employees really take their time with your order and are personable. Amazing service. So glad to get the bagels I need for my family for Thanksgiving morning. Go BB!
My boyfriend and I love coming here!!! The workers (especially Paige) always treat us so kindly and there recommendations on what to try next are ON POINT!! Looking forward to continuing our service through the best bagel shop!!!
Not sure whats going on with Bruegger's ... but the service at this place has been horrible over the last year or so.Dont think management has handled the impact from covid very well. They just seem like a hot mess. I have often encountered poor service due to the registers being offline, one visit they informed me they ran out of bagels, the employees seem stressed out, and while going through the drive thru I am solicited for tips by the drive thru cashier ?!I hope they can get it together soon ... I used to enjoy visiting for a bagel.
Amazing service and great employees on a daily basis. My grandson and I always come here every weekend, and it's always a pleasant experience. All of the employees deserve raises!
