First time there today found the poppy seed Bagel to be very salty and would have added a sauce to my sandwich had I known it was going to be so dry coffee was also lukewarm so not sure I'll ever be back but just wanted to share my experience today
I was the only customer in the store. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese - not a complicated order. The bagel I got was not toasted and clearly cut with a dirty knife. Pretty gross and disappointing.
The staff was the best part. But are they new York bagels I'd say no but they are still good
We used to love coming to this location, but the last few visits have been disappointing. The coffee is warm - just warm, nowhere near hot. This morning, the bagel sandwiches were cold. Fully unmelted, chilly slices of cheese on egg between I toasted bagel slices. We actually considered using the microwave at the nearby gas station, because for over $20 I want hot coffee and greater-than-room-temperature egg sandwiches. Unfortunately this may not be the location for those things.
I get bagels from here at least twice a month. The service I get is fast and mostly friendly. The bagels are consistent and they are generous with the amount of toppings they put on. It is sometimes hard to use their rewards app though.
Took 3 tries to give me my still incorrect order. I got tired of the mishaps and didn't ask for another correction. They lean over and into your food, the knives, etc. brushing their dirty clothing into your meal. They use the same knives for cutting savory stuff as they do for things that are meant to be sweet. I don't think regular handwashing and glove changing is existent. I won't be back.
Now I enjoy eating their sandwiches but this day it seems to be extremely cold in the building while waiting to receive your food. Not certain if the heat was working. Overall decent place for a bagel sandwich.
This is a good place for a quick meal in the morning. Service is friendly and the workers are quick and efficient. I never have any issues here.
Their farmhouse bagel was really tasty. Be aware though, they currently have no dining inside. It's take out only.
The service was less than anticipated. Maybe the dude was having a bad day, but absolutely NO customer service.
