I was disappointed in the quality of the food. I have eaten at Bonefish grill on other cities and the food was great. The waiter/server was great. I spent over $100.00 to take my wife and three children to eat at this restaurant, and we ended up not eating over half our food.

My husband and I visited this specific location. Upon arrival the hostess immediately asked us what do we need. I was a little taken back by her hospitality. I immediately responded table for two. We were then seated. Our waitress was excellent and walked us through the menu and gave us suggestions. I informed the manager about the interaction between the hostess and I and he immediately showed kindnesses, apologized for her actions and reassured us that he would handle it. The food was excellent. The manager provided bang bang shrimp and bang bang chicken for the table. Other then the initial interaction I have nothing to complain about I would most definitely visit again

My husband and I went there for Sunday lunch to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary. If you can close your eyes for a moment to get pass the dirt at the entrance, the place inside is nice and clean, even the restrooms are neat and clean. I ordered their see bass with "special" spinach and goat cheese sauce - $38.00 without tax. Normally I will not even think of ordering something that expensive, but it was a special occasion. It was very disappointing. The piece of fish was not even three inches long and tasted like water. The coleslaw was big pieces in a bowl, looked like food for goats or something. I was unable to eat it. The waitress was ver nice and took it off my tab. But... our "special day" dinner was ruined.

A little pricey, but the food was on a Chef Ramsey level. Remember...if you're trying something new this is a great spot to bring that special someone, dress appropriately, but find out what's in the dish first before you order. Fancy doesn't mean it tastes great necessarily.

Our girls night out was not a good experience. My sister reserved a booth but once we got there that wasn’t going to work. We asked for a table and they offered us a 4 person table across from our booth. We declined. Then we watched them put 2 tables for 7 put together right across from us. We asked why they didn’t do that for us. Their reply was the woman was in a wheelchair. Our senior was on a cane. My sister dropped her silver ware and asked for another which she never got. Food was decent not great. My salmon was overcooked. Our waitress never cleaned off our table. We ordered food to go and a gentleman bought it out out and sat the bag on the floor. I requested the manager. He said our table was unacceptable and she should have cleaned it off and the gentleman should have hung our bag on the hook. He apologized but the damage was done. I told him I would leave her a tip but not what she should have gotten. We were the only 6 African American women in the entire restaurant, I know because I walked thru the entire restaurant. We will not patronize this location again I should have taken pictures ??

the food was incredible, and while our server wasnt the most attentive it was very busy, so it's not unexpected. Overall it was a wonderful night.

I don't usually write reviews, but, the service and the food were so good that I felt I needed to speak up and let people know. I ate there with last night (table 606, lol) with my daughter in law. This was definitely the best service I have had in a long time. Everything from start to finish was excellent! The Bang Bang Shrimp and Key Lime Cake are not to be missed!

Starting with service: The girl brought out the bread and no knife, she didn’t bring any utensils, table wasn’t clean. We cleaned the table with ice from my lemonade, I had to ask for the utensils so, we could eat our food and I had to mention I needed a refill, I ordered sautéed spinach and they brought me cream of spinach. While handling my spinach the cook was talking over my spinach. The food: My Rainbow Trout was dry & tasteless. Whipped potatoes where clumpy, cold and stiff. My mother’s fish and chips were just as bland as my food. Conclusion: I ate the food cause I was hungry after an entire day of shopping so, I was famished. My bill was $48 and I still left a $10 tip. The experience was terrible and I’ll never recommend anyone to this establishment’s location.

Fantastic experience. The bartender was very helpful and pilite. I will return soon. The building was very clean and excellent food.

My husband ordered a to go order tonight and was told the food would be ready in 15 min. We call, let them know we're outside for pick up and they informed us the food would be out shortly. We sat and waited several minutes before going inside to find out that they never put our order in. And we waited an additional 15-20 min. No apology or offer to make this experience better! Management did not rectify the situation. Would not recommend
