Our server he was good the food came out warm.not hot so i lost my appetite
The good was hot and delicious. We got a booth right away but had to wait 40 minutes for our food. There was one server and it looked as though he was taking care of the entire dining room. The manager did come out to help him. I overheard someone say that a few people didn't show up for work. It wouldn't have made a difference how long my 2 friends and I waited but we had somewhere we had to be at 7:00 pm (we arrived around 5:20 pm and we got our food at 6:15). I will go back because our server was awesome even under all the stress he had to endure. I didn't hear anyone complain about the service.

Had lunch at this location a week ago (had a party of 7 - 2 adults and 5 kids), and everything was great. Had lunch at this same location yesterday (had a party of 3 adults this time) and it was terrible. It took 40 minutes for our food to come out even though there were only about 10 customers in the restaurant. I ordered a breakfast lunch, and the hashbrowns and bacon were very burnt (I had even asked that the bacon be a just a little chewy/not crispy when ordering). So I sent the food back (which I RARELY do). I admit that my new plate came out very quickly but it wasn't hard to figure out why - this time the hashbrowns were barely cooked and the bacon was almost raw, so had to send it back a second time. Third time it was only cooked a little more but I didn't have time to see if they could get it right so ate what I could. Don't know that I will be going back even though Bob Evans is one of my favorite restaurants - if you can't get it right after 3 times, I will find another place to eat.
My first time eating from here my burger was undercooked I called the lady was courteous about the situation of the under-cooked food and they did replace it but only to notice that my replacement buger was still undercooked the second time around just totally!!!frustrated!!!? I guess you just have to tell them that you would like your burger well done I guess ?! But thanks to the curiosity lady that took my call to handle the situation!!! Just not a good 1st time experience

We had the BEST AND CHEAPEST lunch after church that money can purchase. Portions are large, great value for the price. My wife and myself had 5 plates of food delivered to our table, we were full. Had leftovers to take home, and the bill was under 27$Cant do that at Cracker Barrell or Frisch's!

Rachel and Esperanza were awesome. The restaurant was clean and customer service was amazing. The food was very delicious.
